We stayed a month. We had a fantastic time while staying. Everything we needed was close by. Great area for food,hiking, swimming, pickle ball. The condo is stocked with everything we needed. We love the place and have stayed before and will come back again.

I had a relaxing, wonderful time here. It was a bit of a "carry" for belongings from the parking space to the unit, but once there, it was fine. It is a corner, single-level unit with no obstructed views to the mountains. My only compliant is that the neighboring unit's air conditioner/heater seemed to turn on about every 5 minutes. As a light sleeper, this was annoying. And the owners were not even home. Other than that, it was a great stay!

We rented this condo because of the potential view and it didn't disappoint - exactly as it appeared in the online pictures, if not better. Also, nice extra touches, such as coffee pouches, laundry soap and shower products - none of which were expected. The pool on the east side of Kolb Road could have been cleaner, but that is not the owners responsibility. Also, there was some landscaping maintenance going on during our stay, but it was not disruptive. Great stay, we'll be back!

The condo was very well appointed and covered most of our needs very nicely; toaster, blender, bean grinder, drip coffee maker, cotton sheets, plenty of towels, plenty of dishes and pots and pans and micro wave. Very lovely corner
setting for the unit with privacy and quiet.. Close to the Loews Ventana resort was a real plus for me. The swimming pools at the Greens were too small to really swim laps effectively. And signing up for a pool time/Jacuzzi each day was annoying. Especially as the agreement was only sign up once a day and no guests was did not give us flexibility to flow through our day and make a change. However,I was given the invite to Swim at the Loews Ventana swimming pool which did enable me to have the vacation and exercise that I needed. I do have a complaint. We were charged $75 fee for paying our advance fee via credit card! This was a rude surprise as there was no word of the charge or another option offered for payment like a money transfer. So the expenses piled up.

Wonderful place, wonderful management

Tucson is a terrific destination, and the Greens is situated perfectly to enjoy it. The condos are well-appointed and the location is less than a 5 minute drive to Sabino Canyon, one of the most beautiful, natural areas in the state. Spectrum Realty, specifically Jeannine Bradley and her team, are responsive to any issues, which greatly enhances our renter experience. We come back to this spot year after year.

Some people don't care much about where they stay when they're on vacation because they're going to be out doing things all day and they just want a place to sleep, take a shower, etc. That's not me. I want to feel just as comfortable as I would at home, yet surrounded by beautiful scenery while enjoying peace and quiet. This casita at The Greens at Ventana Canyon was perfect for that. Because we didn't realize that Arizona was not on daylight savings time, we arrived an hour before check-in time and Adrianna (I hope I'm not misspelling her name) was still cleaning, yet she was gracious and friendly and welcomed us anyway. During our stay, we had one little problem crop up but management sent someone promptly to fix it. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The casita itself was lovely (we appreciated the thick towels in the bathrooms) and the private back patio had those splendid views. We liked it so much, we hated to leave!

A great place to stay. Spacious, clean, convenient. We really enjoyed the patio for relaxing after a day of hiking. Beautiful and peaceful view. It was great for eating breakfast also. A number of birds and wildlife to enjoy while relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked with all you need to prepare meals. Pool/Hot Tub was very nice. Used the grill next to the pool also. Grocery stores, restaurants all within a couple minutes.

If you want a great view, this will do it for you! So beautiful! We really loved this condo and will try to stay here again. Quiet, and private. We like to eat in, and felt there could have been more of the essentials. The bakeware was extremely basic. No pizza pan. But, the view and location were so nice it made up for the few inconveniences.

We spent two weeks at his lovely condo. We knew the area but we were still stunned by the beautiful views, amazing wildlife and peace of this wonderful place. The apartment itself was a good size, tired in places like the beds and linen but it didn't detract from a wonderful stay! We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to be back ourselves one day soon!

The apartment was even better than its on-line description and photos. The view from the very large patio is wonderful, and at night we could hear coyotes howling. A road runner even went past our door. The apartment was large, bright, well equipped, had good quality furniture and was very clean. Our only negative was that the king size bed in the master bedroom had a mattress which was too soft. That required one of us to sleep in the Murphy bed (which had a firm but smaller mattress) in the 2nd bedroom. The complex is at the northeast corner of Tucson, where most of the upscale properties are located, which means about a half hour drive into downtown and longer drives to some of the other attractions.

This is by far the best property we've rented since we started coming to the USA several years ago. The home is meticulously maintained and appointed. It is quite comfortable with an open, spacious feel. All amenities are provided and the kitchen is very well equipped, easy to work in and plenty of room for food and with a big fridge. Plenty of drinks kept cool !!
The rooms themselves are a perfect size, it was like ‘home from home’, the beds are comfortable

We particularly enjoyed relaxing on the lanai with gorgeous views of the desert, the mountains and of course wildlife

Overall, very good. We rented the property for the view which was great. The patio was a gathering place for us every day. Some suggested improvements: chair cushions are shabby, umbrella is too, and is undersized, the fire pit was nice, but would rather a gas grill.

The kitchen was well equipped. Consider a sofa bed in the living room and an upgraded bed in the guest room.

Both times we have been very favorably impressed with the condo management. They are extremely competent, exude a "customer service" attitude and have been honest and straightforward in all our dealings with them.

We spent a week in this vacation rental and it was MUCH more beautiful in person (Hard to believe that's even possible!). The views from this condo were stunning, the home was spacious, updated and very clean. The condo came with everything we needed to have a great time, including pool towels, a washer and dryer, extra bath towels and blankets and a kick-a** firepit table with the most amazing view of the mountains. We took advantage of all 3 pools and hot tubs which were all clean and beautiful. The complex itself was was very quiet (we went Oct. 5- 11th) and our "casita" felt private... like our own little corner of paradise. Spectrum Real estate was a PLEASURE to work with... in fact when we arrived, the firepit table was out of propane- I sent an email and by the time we were back from our adventure that day, a new one was already in place! Great, great place to stay. we'd recommend it and will probably stay there again!

Without doubt one of the nicest vacation rentals we've stayed in. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and the kitchen had absolutely everything you could want. I actually like to cook a bit on holiday, and this was amazingly well fitted out. The views were gorgeous and we used the patio for hours every day. Two small suggestions for improvement - another chair in the lounge - a 3 seater sofa wasn't really enough for everyone - and a safe for valuables, would have made this perfect.

Enjoyed our stay at The Greens. The roadrunner came to visit us every day. The condo covered all our needs however the patio was dirty and we never used it. The staff was very helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone but it was located a little far from most things we did while there.

Worthy of Return Visits

Having looked extensively for the right accommodation in Tucson for a hot sunny week in early June, we were delighted to experience The Greens at Ventana Canyon. The chosen condo 4123E exceeded our expectations - quiet and rather secluded, spacious, upgraded interior and extended patio, two full bathrooms and an amazingly well-equipped modern kitchen. Large windows in the living room and master bedroom enhanced the unobstructed panoramic views of the Catalina Mountains. The second bedroom has a built-in corner desk/office with a good queen-size murphy bed. Throughout the condo is a large amount of storage space, excellent for longterm rentals. Full cable TV and rapid free wi-fi, an attractive heated pool and poolside lounging area, and designated covered parking were nice bonuses. The complex is clean and very well maintained, blending nicely into the desert landscape. The Greens at Ventana Canyon are worthy of return visits.

WE had a delightful stay in Tucson, The Condo was very accommodating, we enjoyed the deck and desert view day and night. You can choose to stay close to the condo and find various Restaurants and activities, or you can go out into Tucson or beyond to study the stars or take in a Sunset from Mt.Lemmon. We hiked in Ventana Canyon twice during our stay. The kitchen was adequate and we made several excellent meals while in residence. Say hello to the Roadrunner who comes to the deck , along with the hummingbirds that enjoy doing fly-bys while you are sitting out there.

A wonderful view from the balcony. Very quite. Very affordable. Great location. Will come back one day. However, there were a few things that didn't meet expectations. The TV in the living room kept losing the connection every few minutes. We called cable company...they said a service tech would need to come out. The rental sight said there was a grill. We had a fire pit. Which we could not get going. I did not get the email notification for check-in procedures until we were actually inside the condo...we were traveling and had no access to wi-fi. Check-out procedures were similarly vague. But I am not very computer savvy. These are just some FYI issues. We really enjoyed our stay. And the condo was great. And the staff were very nice!
