The condo was very convenient, clean, just the size we wanted. Loved the pull out screen doors. Plenty of space for two. The keyless entry is great too. Management was prompt to call prior to arrival to make sure all was well.

We enjoyed our stay. The things we liked: great view, comfortable furniture, well stocked, really good bed, and located on back side of property away from the road. What we didn’t like: it’s a ground floor unit and any activity upstairs is heard below. The management company was easy to reach and responsive.

I loved this condo at The Greens, it was extremely attractive, cozy and clean with a sensational view. It has beautiful floors and great desert photos on the walls. My chocolate lab and I especially loved seeing the javelinas running around outside as it is situated on raw desert. Also love the location near grocery stores and restaurants. Great neighborhood!

After a few minor glitches around executing the lease, everything went well and SPECTRUM was very good to work with. The condo is very quiet and clean and the specific unit was very nice. The highlight of the condo unit was the deck, with a great view of the Santa Catalina Mountains.

Jeanine w/Spectrum worked with us well, accommodating our need for temporary lodging. Spent many afternoons at the pool & hot tub, both of which were well maintained. Gym was not over-the-top tech but has all the basic equipment including free weights. Beautiful property, clean unit. Well managed.

We were looking a nice place to spend a week un Tucson , we loved the place, the area has pretty much what we need to spend our week without traveling to the other side of the city. There is a supermaket and several Restaurant choices enough for us that we wanted to rest.
