Vv 1148 is a comfortable condo. It was very clean and came
With all the things needed for an enjoyable stay. The Ventana vista community was very welcoming and we made new friends quickly. Especially with other dog owners. The only drawbacks were that the condo gets no passive solar heat so you’ll have run the furnace more than expected- bring a light down coat for inside. Also the refrigerator is quite noisy we renamed it Darth Vader. But it worked just fine

Clean and friendly neighborhood area. The pool and spa was a nice benefit to have along with the club house game area. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were a few cleaning issues that were quickly addressed. Lovely location. Good views of the Catalina Foothills. The unit bed was comfortable. We used our own pillows. Water pressure was good enough. Loved having local TV service. The unit could use more cooking pans and mixing bowls. The sliding glass door screen didn’t want to stay on track. Only had salt & pepper as far as seasonings or cooking basics go. Dishes were left in the dishwasher and couldn’t find dishwasher soap. The water filter was flashing indicating a new water filter was needed. The host had someone come in to the unit as the filter replacement light was off. Sent an email for clarification and to the best of my knowledge, I did not get a reply. Drank our bottled water. Property amenities were convenient and nice. A few throw rugs would be nice on the cold tiled floor. Would stay again.

Great bedroom and bathroom; kitchen not so much

The bedroom was very comfortable;- a great bed and lots of storage space. The bathroom also had lots of space, and the shower was good. If you have more than one person who wants to cook, it will be inconvenient since the space is rather confined. The seating in the living room is comfortable, and the TV works fine. We were not thrilled with the high-top table; that's where we kept our computers. Because of that, we ate meals at the counter, which was not fun since there's not enough room for your knees underneath. The lighting in the bedroom was insufficient; the overhead fixture is DIM, even after replacing the bulb. The fridge swings open away from the kitchen, so you can't put anything on a counter when the door is open.
We tried calling the office several times throughout the month, and only once did anyone call back. Office hours are only from 10 to 2, M -F, and calls were not returned. We used Spectrum for a condo rental during the same time last year, and service was better then.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Clean, relaxed, and convenient. Across parking lot from clubhouse, pool, and fitness center. Very quiet. Would definitely stay here again
