Enjoy a vacation at our beautiful condo with a Direct Gulf View in the heart
of Gulf Shores. The condo is in a building with only 31 other units so you can
relax and enjoy time at the pool and beach with only a few other guests. The
condo has a fantastic view of the pool and Gulf!! Enjoy all the comforts of
home with a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer in the condo. Also
enjoy the outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, and fitness center with steam room
and dry sauna just steps away from the condo.
This Condo can comfortably accommodate up to six people. There is a king bed
in the master bedroom with a private bath. There are built-in bunk beds in the
hallway nook with a half bath conveniently located. The living area has a
queen sleeper sofa. TVs are located in the living area and bedroom. Enjoy
reserved covered parking with easy elevator access. Strictly no pets or
smoking, including the balcony.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two months) minimum. Reservations that do not meet
this criteria mark are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting
our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2
parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
