Enjoy the spectacular views of the private pool, the beach, and the gulf from
your very own balcony of this gulf front 2BR/2BA, 1st floor (not ground floor)
condo on scenic East Beach. There are only 36 units in this low density
complex. Stores, shopping, and restaurants are just minutes away. The Hangout
restaurant and the Pink Pony Pub are only a short walk up the beach. Condo has
FREE Wi-Fi so don't forget your laptop!
The master bedroom is very spacious and includes a newly replaced king-size
bed and direct access to the private balcony. Private sitting area in Master
too!
The recently updated mattress set ensures total comfort and relaxation. Wake
up refreshed with views of the sparkling gulf water and white sand beach.
Unique gulf front HEATED pool (heated at the discretion of the association)
with fountain is both outside and partially covered area under the building by
seating and tables. Rest room available poolside also. Outside lounge seating
poolside and covered seating/table areas available too.

2nd Bedroom: Queen
Sleepsofa: Queen
Approx Area: 1,220 Sq Ft
Condo is fully equipped, with 3 Flat Screen TVs (living room and both
bedrooms) with 2 DVDs. Generally older furnishings/counters in this unit, but
gorgeous views and walk to the center of town!

Parking pass required; $27 per vehicle(2 MAX). Parking can be very tight for
large/oversize vehicles in season (June-Aug). Some overflow parking available
across the street.
Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. We
do not prorate our rates.
Please Note:
\- The occupant that rents the property must be staying in the property, must
check-in with us, and they must be at least 25 years old. If the guests are
under age, they will not be allowed to check-in and they will forfeit their
payment. The individual who makes the reservation must be the individual who
checks in. No exceptions.
\- Late check-ins are not permitted to any guest during the spring or the
Hangout Festival. The guest must show up and check-in before 5PM CT.
\- Parking permits required. Max 2 vehicles
