The condo sleeps 8 comfortably so there's room for the whole family! Owner has
just completed an extensive remodel summer 2022! Brand new furniture and
mattresses which are super comfy to provide a good nights' sleep! Master suite
has king size bed, with queen & bunk beds in guest room. Living room features
queen sofa bed as well. This condo offers fantastic gulf views from the entry
deck (which overlooks a nature reserve for privacy) as well as the balcony.
Dining table seats 6 for leisurely meals at home, laundry is on the same floor
just steps away from the unit. This property is a MUST-SEE!
For your convenience you'll find a beach cart for easy transport of all items,
beach chairs for all and large cooler on wheels. All grilling utensils with a
fish basket and veggie pan (stocked kitchen) for gourmet meals at home. This

Parking Passes are required and have to be purchased through a link that is
sent 2 days before your arrival. You must purchase your parking passes before
check-in to secure parking.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
