swimming pools, several grill areas, and the Sassy Bass restaurant for your
dining pleasure. You will enjoy the private, sugar-white, beaches, natural
sand dunes, and beautiful landscaping. There are activities available to all
ages and perfect for family getaways! Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the awesome
Kiva Dunes Restaurant are next door within walking distance. Plus, you are
just a 15-minute drive from all of the great attractions that Gulf Shores has
to offer!
This gorgeous, elegant, and updated condo has a new kitchen, paint, doors, and
crown molding. Inside the unit has free WIFI, and cable with flat screen TVs'
in every room. The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need to prepare
a great meal, including a new dining room table. New living room furniture
including a queen-size sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV with a DVD collection and
player, brand new chairs, and new credenza. The Master bedroom has an
unmatchable view from laying in the new King bed, flat-screen TV with cable,
ceiling fan, and a large closet with shelving, and a newly remodeled attached
master bath. The guest bedroom has a new king bed and updated furniture, and a
large closet. There is an additional newly remodeled bath right next to this
bedroom to make an additional suite. Just a few steps down the hall there is a
full coin-op laundry facility with washers and dryers for your convenience.

amenities, Gulf Shores Plantation 3214 is the place for you! The complex is
gated and there is 24-hour security on site.

ensure your time at the beach is a wonderful experience, where you want to

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two months) minimum. Reservations that do not meet
this criteria mark are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
Additional Information:
Parking Passes have to be purchased through a link that is sent 2 days before
your arrival. You must purchase your parking passes before check-in to secure
parking.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
No boats or trailers allowed at this property.
