just a few steps to the beautiful beaches, and only a short walk or drive to

fantastic as well. Gulf-front heated indoor pool, sauna, Gulf-front fitness
center, large beach-side outdoor pool with lounge area, playground, BBQ area,
covered parking, two high-speed elevators and 150 feet of white sandy beach.

Island Tower 703 has it all. The views from the 7th floor unit are absolutely
stunning! The kitchen has beautiful, modern cabinetry and granite counter
tops, all stainless steel appliances, double oven, and drop in cook top. The
Master bedroom has a king bed, the second a queen, and the third has a full.
All bedrooms have a balcony entrance. The dining table seats six and there is
room for three more at the bar. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for
your convenience.

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not
meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting
our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2
parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
