This spacious three bedroom/two bath is in the heart of Gulf Shores. It is
located in a residential area and is just minutes from the beaches and walking
distance to local parks. Meyer Park is walking distance from the house. It's
great for kids with a playground, gazebo, barbecue area with grills,
basketball courts, and a baseball field for your enjoyment. This house has two
decks on the front for relaxing and sitting outside. There is a screened porch
on the back of the house for relaxation also. There is plenty of room for boat
parking at the house. Internet and WIFI are available to connect all your
tablets and devices.
Inside, downstairs there is a kitchen that is fully stocked to cook a great
meal while you're here, along with a dining area and seating at the bar. The
cozy living room has a TV and DVD player for watching movies, along with
satellite TV. The master bedroom and bath are also downstairs with a queen
sized bed and TV. The master bath has a double vanity sink and a walk in
shower. Upstairs has two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The second
bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with two full
mattresses and a full trundle. All the linens are provided. This house is

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations that do not meet
this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st,
reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven
nights, depending on unit specifications.

Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by
contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
