white sand beach!

The master bedroom offers an upgraded king mattress ensuring rest and total
comfort. Both bedrooms have access to the private balcony.
Front door opens to beautiful pool alcove. Covered parking for 2 compact cars
or 1 full size vehicle, permit required ($22/each); BBQ area next to gorgeous

\- The occupant that rents the property must be staying in the property, must
check-in with us, and they must be at least 25 years old. If the guests are
under age, they will not be allowed to check-in and they will forfeit their
payment. The individual who makes the reservation must be the individual who
checks in. No exceptions.
\- Late check-ins are not permitted to any guest during the spring or the
Hangout Festival. The guest must show up and check-in before 5PM CT.
\- Parking permits required. Max 2 vehicles
