Ocean Reef is situated in a prime location along Alabama's beautiful gulf
coast and easy walking distance to the center of town.
3BR/2.5BA beach front home has 2 balconies, one off the living room, one off
the master bedroom, overlooking the beach and gulf, with staircase leading
down to the white sand beach. This fully equipped home has D/W, W/D, 4 TVs
(All large Flat Screens)/2 Blueray DVDs, icemaker and all appliances. Parking
for 2 cars covered - Permit required ($22/vehicle); BBQ area next to gorgeous
pool.

\- The occupant that rents the property must be staying in the property, must
check-in with us, and they must be at least 25 years old. If the guests are
under age, they will not be allowed to check-in and they will forfeit their
payment. The individual who makes the reservation must be the individual who
checks in. No exceptions.
\- Late check-ins are not permitted to any guest during the spring or the
Hangout Festival. The guest must show up and check-in before 5PM CT.
\- Parking permits required. Max 2 vehicles
