Welcome to Pelican's Rest! This fantastic three bedroom/two bath beach house
is nestled in the sands of Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast and makes for a
fabulous family vacation spot. You can see from the photos that there is just
a short stroll to the beach and the water is beautiful! The home is very
spacious and has a huge balcony with an amazing view, and awesome furnishings
make this the most comfortable of vacations! Picture yourself sitting on the
balcony after a long day of fun in the sun, dining with family and friends,
and watching the sun go down.
When it is time to come inside and relax, the house offers lots of space and
all the modern comforts. The living room has four cozy arm chairs, a
comfortable sofa, and a new flat screen TV. The large kitchen opens up to the
dining area that seats six and the large living area. It really is a great
floor plan for entertaining. The Master suite has a fantastic queen bed and
large master bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed as well, and the third
bedroom offers two twins, with a shared bath located in the hallway.
Fort Morgan is a beautiful area with much history and is surrounded by nature
and wildlife for miles. This is a low density area fashioned to give you the
peace and tranquility you desire, while still being convenient to everything

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not
meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by
contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
