NEW UPDATE AS OF January 4: The contractors will be starting the elevator tile
install today. They are on-site and will be shutting down the East elevator to
install flooring. The West elevator will follow.
Please note: One elevator will be operational.
November 4: The contractors are starting the outdoor pool resurfacing today,
November 4th. The outdoor will be closed down during this process and should
take approximately 2 weeks to complete (weather permitting). The indoor pool
will remain open.
October 22: Next week and for the next several weeks there will be excessive
noise at Royal Palms. This involves jackhammering type noise from the rooftop.
As you know this noise will reverberate throughout the building and guests
will complain. The hours of noise are going to be from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday
through Friday and some work will take place on the weekends (weather
permitting).
A few other items:
The work over the hot tub is to be completed by the end of next week. Once
completed, the hot tub will reopen.
The steam room is now back in operation.
The roof replacement will also be gearing up to begin on September 27th, 2021.
There will be designated staging areas for materials and work could be noisy
at times. The roof replacement will take (6) six weeks. (weather permitting)
**There will still be upcoming heavy construction work blocking parts of the
parking lot at times and potentially interruptions of guests for minor
interior repairs and/or continued inspections by engineering and/or
adjusters**
Enjoy panoramic views of the sparkling gulf water and sugar white sand from
your private balcony. Royal Palms in Gulf Shores is a prime location on scenic
East Beach and only about 1 mile from the center of town. Condo size is
1BR/2BA and approx. 676 SqFt. Free WiFi!
The master bedroom includes a NEW Sealy Black Opal King mattress!
On-site amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, fitness center,
and sauna! Awesome complex directly on the beach, and easy walking distance to
the center of town, and the closest condo to Gulf State Pier!
**Please note in an abundance of caution, that the amenities of Royal Palms
will remain closed.**

*Winter monthly guests are $37/veh, permit required per month of the stay with no pro-rations.

Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. We
do not prorate our rates.
Please Note:
\- The occupant that rents the property must be staying in the property, must
check-in with us, and they must be at least 25 years old. If the guests are
under age, they will not be allowed to check-in and they will forfeit their
payment. The individual who makes the reservation must be the individual who
checks in. No exceptions.
\- Late check-ins are not permitted to any guest during the spring or the
Hangout Festival. The guest must show up and check-in before 5PM CT.
\- Parking permits required. Max 2 vehicles
