Nothing compares to the views of an East corner unit. You have unobstructed
views of miles of unspoiled State Park dunes from the balcony and through the
bedroom & living room windows, Gulf water right below you, and then miles of
more beach to the East. There are even gorgeous views from the North to lush
Gulf Shores State Park. Enjoy the two pools and being minutes from fine
dining, golf, water parks, amusement park, mini-golf, hiking trails in the
state park, fishing pier, shopping and so much more. Plus covered parking!
You will find that this condo is newly renovated, clean, comfortable, and
spacious. Furnishing, décor, and A/C are well maintained. Listen to the sound
of waves while you cook in the fully stocked kitchen or relax in front of the
42" flat-screen TV and stereo. You can watch TV in the den or in either
bedroom. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the
other. Both bedrooms have a Gulf view! There are two new built-in bunk beds
giving you room to sleep 6 total guests. The bedrooms are fully carpeted with
tile throughout the rest of the condo. Very quiet! The only sound at night is
the ocean. Amazing panoramic views!
UPDATE: New TVs and comforters in bedrooms. Cable service improved!
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two months) minimum. Reservations that do not meet
this criteria mark are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting
our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2
parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
