the location is fantastic! This condo is just minutes from great dining,
shopping, entertainment, and more. The complex offers a beautiful area to BBQ,
picnic tables for dining, a newly re-done pool area, lounge chairs, and
covered parking for two cars.
This cozy, recently updated nautical themed unit is perfect for making lasting
memories with family or friends. Make yourself at home with this spacious
living room equipped with a flat screen TV and kitchen area that lends itself
to cooking and entertaining all at once! Down the hallway you'll find the
master suite with a king bed and a guest bedroom with a queen. There is also a
queen sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. Updates include new
flooring in bedrooms, comfort height toilets, a new washer and dryer, as well
as new furniture and décor! You will want to make Sea Breeze your vacation
destination for years to come!
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not
meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by
contacting our office directly. Parking is assigned based on unit; maximum of
two vehicles.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
