This cozy condo has everything you could want for an affordable dream
vacation. The balcony overlooks the pool area, and miles of Emerald Coast.
Kids will be happy with their very own bunks that have pocket doors for peace
and quiet at nap time. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will
need to cook a great meal for the family. There is a new dining set that seats
4 with 3 additional places at the counter height bar. Enjoy the living area
with all new furniture including a comfy new couch with a queen pull out bed.
Relax on the balcony to take in the views and gentle ocean breezes. We also
have another unit right next door. The Master has a new king bedroom suite and
all new bedding to relax in after a long day in the sun and a TV. Bring your
tablets and laptops, connect to WiFi to surf the web or bring a movie to watch
in the DVD player. The bathroom also has been updated with a new vanity, tile
and a fresh coat of paint. You will want to come back year after year, bring
the family and make memories that you can cherish for a lifetime.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not
meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting
our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2
parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
