resort's gazebo and cook a delicious dinner on the charcoal barbeque grills,
while others choose to play in the white sands on the beach. You are also a
short drive away from the nearby amusement park or mini- and big boy golf
courses. Come back to your condo and relax in the hot tub or kick back and
take in the views from your private balcony. You'll be ready to come back year
after year!

This cozy condo has everything you could want for an affordable dream
vacation. The balcony overlooks the pool area, the beach, and miles of Emerald
Coast. The kids will be happy with their very own bunks that have pocket doors
for peace and quiet at nap time. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything
you will need to cook a great meal for the family. Enjoy it in the living area
or seated on the balcony to take in the views and gentle ocean breezes. We
also have exact same unit right next door. The master has a great king size
bed to relax in after a long day in the sun and a TV. The sleeper sofa in the
living area makes room for two more to sleep comfortably. You can listen to
music on the stereo, play a movie, or connect to WiFi to surf the web.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not
meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting
our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2
parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
