arm chairs.
The master bedroom includes a recently upgraded mattress, 32" flat screen TV,
and renovated bathroom. Gorgeous new tub with tiled enclosure and all new
hardware. Fresh upgrades and renovations throughout including granite
countertops in the kitchen and new flooring in both bedrooms.
On-site amenities include outdoor pool, picnic area, elevator, outdoor rinse
shower, BBQ grilling area.
Parking Permits are $22/ea(2 MAX). Parking Permits are $52/ea(2 MAX) during
Hangout Festival & July 4. HD Washer/Dryer available - credit/debit card
service on each floor ($1.50/cycle).
Bedding is:
-Master: King (recently replaced mattress); twin roll-a-way bed located in the closet
-Second BR: 1 Twin, 1 Queen
-No sleeper sofa

Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. We
do not prorate our rates.
Please Note:
\- The occupant that rents the property must be staying in the property, must
check-in with us, and they must be at least 25 years old. If the guests are
under age, they will not be allowed to check-in and they will forfeit their
payment. The individual who makes the reservation must be the individual who
checks in. No exceptions.
\- Late check-ins are not permitted to any guest during the spring or the
Hangout Festival. The guest must show up and check-in before 5PM CT.
\- Parking Permits are $22/ vehicle (2 MAX)
