We can't wait until you see what has been done to the place! The colors and
décor are very relaxing. Enjoy the direct view from a very large balcony that
is accessible from the den and master bedroom. The den has a flat screen and
all the comforts of home. A fully equipped kitchen awaits you if you want to
cook a great meal and there is seating for four at the dining table and two at
the bar. The Master bedroom has a King bed and flat screen TV. The second
bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on bottom and twin on top, as well as a
flat screen TV. There is wireless internet, phone, DVD player, and washer and
dryer in the unit. You will feel right at home!
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not
meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting
our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2
parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
