Prepare to be wowed!!! Welcome to Broadmoor 1002, this luxury, oversized 2
bedroom condo has it all. Starting with the views, the balcony overlooks the
white sand beaches of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This condo featured 2
bedrooms and 2 baths, the first bedroom has a King size bed and seating area
along with a private bath. The large windows and amazing views in this room
make waking up feeling like a dream! The guest bedroom has two full/queen beds
and a convenient bath just outside in the hall. The living and dining area is
open and spacious and the kitchen has it all including granite countertops.
This area is one of the more sought-after on the gulf coast. Thanks to the
quiet, less crowded beaches, east Orange Beach is on the top of most beach
vacationers' checklist. There are plenty of options is close proximity for
dining, shopping, and activities. Please be our guests, we can't wait to hear
about the fun and exciting time you had in this condo! The tennis courts are
not in use at this time.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two months) minimum. Reservations that do not meet
this criteria mark are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting
our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2
parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
