Parking for 2 cars only - parking permit per vehicle required $27/veh; monthly
guests, please note, a new permit required per month. Covered parking
available under building on a first come basis only.

Please Note:
\- The occupant that rents the property must be staying in the property, must
check-in with us, and they must be at least 25 years old. If the guests are
under age, they will not be allowed to check-in and they will forfeit their
payment. The individual who makes the reservation must be the individual who
checks in. No exceptions.
\- Late check-ins are not permitted to any guest during the spring or the
Hangout Festival. The guest must show up and check-in before 5PM CT.
\- Parking permits required. Max 2 vehicles
