At Marlin Key, the vacation possibilities are endless! In this low-density
complex, enjoy Gulf views from your private balcony, swim in the Gulf-front
pool, cook the catch of the day in the outdoor grilling area, or go for a
sunset walk along the sugar-white sandy beaches. Rentals are available on the
beach for padded beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. There is always something
fun to do in the area, with several attractions found in Orange Beach and Gulf
Shores, including theme parks, renowned restaurants, championship golf
courses, nature walks and bike trails, and tons of shops and boutiques.
You will appreciate the luxurious décor as soon as you open the door to this
sprawling three bedroom/three bath condo. The first bedroom has 2 sets of
bunks and is perfect for the little ones. The next bedroom is decorated well
and has a great queen canopy style bed. Down a long hallway with beautiful
tile floors and tall ceilings, you will find the kitchen, wet bar, dining
area, and living room, with large glass balcony doors to enjoy the Gulf views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, appliances, pots and
pans, and place settings for 12 people. Wet bar has additional ice maker and
sink with mirrored wall and glass shelves(see photos). The dining table has
seating for six with extra seating at the bar. There is a large living area
with ample seating for the entire family or group, large flat screen TV and
DVD player, and balcony access. The master suite is Gulf front and has the
finest of everything with a large king bed, flat screen TV, closet, a day bed
with trundle to sleep two additional guest or children, water closet, jetted
tub, and separate steam shower. You can also access the balcony from the
master bedroom.
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not
meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting
our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2
parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
