Regency Isle is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico with a large white
sandy beach and has incredible amenities that make it one of the most sought
after complexes in this area. The complex boasts indoor and outdoor pools,
indoor and outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, and a pavilion with four
natural gas grills and picnic tables for outdoor dining. The lush courtyard is
perfect for a game of Frisbee or catch while waiting on dinner to cook. The
fitness room has everything you need to help you stay in shape while on your
vacation. There are many activities on the beach such as jet ski rentals,
parasailing, chair/umbrella rentals, and charter fishing just to name a few.
There are also many world-class golf courses in the area. Regency Isle is
located within walking distance to the Alabama/Florida state line, live
entertainment, and restaurants and bars.
Beautiful Gulf front corner unit with all the amenities you could ever want or
need! Unit 501 is on the East corner of the 5th floor. You will love the
beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean! The unit is tastefully decorated
and comfortable enough to make you kick your shoes off and enjoy. A wet bar is
located off the living area with ice maker and sink. The kitchen has
everything you need to prepare a great meal with family, and ample seating for
all. Dining table seats four, the breakfast nook table seats four, and a bar
provides for extra seating with beautiful granite tops. There are three large
bedrooms, each with ceiling fans, new flat screen TV's, a private bath, and
balcony access. The Master has a king bed, jetted tub and separate shower in
the bath, and private balcony access to beautiful Gulf front views The second
bedroom has queen bed and access to balcony overlooking Ole River. The third
bedroom has twin beds and access to balcony overlooking Ole River.

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not
meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting
our office directly. 2 cars maximum. The first one that is to be used for the
parking spot designated on level P1. Up to one additional pass may be
purchased upon arrival or by contacting the office directly. Please note,
purchasing an additional pass does not guarantee the availability of a parking
space, as non-designated spaces on the property are limited. In the unlikely
event that all guest designated parking spaces are filled, you may have to
find alternative parking for the additional vehicle. ***One assigned parking
spot on 2nd level in parking garage.*** The height of the parking garage is 7
ft. South parking area (not covered). First come first serve basis.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
