Welcome to Romar House in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama! Here will you find
an exclusive gated complex that is in an amazing location and close to all the
great attractions that Gulf Shores and Orange Beach have to offer.
Inside you'll find a spacious floor plan with three large bedrooms, a nice
balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and plenty of seating and dining for
the entire family. This property was newly renovated in November 2021 to
include granite countertops, new living living room and bar furniture, new
mattresses and bedding in both guest rooms, new lighting, 55" TV and more!
Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and
February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not
meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October
1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or
seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required. The first one is included in the reservation,
compliments of the owner. For an additional parking pass, the cost is $55. In
the rare cases that a third parking pass is needed, you may purchase it at a
cost of $105, if space is available. Per Romar House COA rules, purchase of a
3rd parking pass does not guarantee that space will be available.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue
per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Dogs welcome, $225 non-refundable pet fee per pet required, 2 dog maximum
Roofing has begun in the A Tower and parking in certain areas and the covered
parking garages may not be available.

Please note that guest will be required to provide ID card and sign a rental
agreement with the host after booking this vacation rental.
