This is a 1 bedroom 2 bath condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico.
It is on the 11th floor. The condo has very comfortable furnishings in the
living room and bedroom. The sofa/sleeper is new with a 7 in orthopedic
mattress. There are hall bunk beds that will sleep 2 small children. There is
a large flat screen in the living room with a blue ray dvd for your enjoyment
and a medium flat screen with dvd in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked
with cookware, silverware, toaster, coffee pot, blender etc. There is a
washer/dryer in the unit, The complex has indoor/outdoor pool and BBQ area. It
is centrally located and is close to shopping and dinning.
Master Bedroom has one queen bed.
This unit also has a queen sleeper sofa.
