The Bureaucrats at the city of Scottsdale want us to include the following to
all our listings in the city of Scottsdale.
“All dwellings units, including Vacation Rentals and Short-term rentals shall
have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent
children).” [sic]
The City has not provided a reference to the municipal code which limits
maximum occupancy rates, nor have we been able to find it, but in order to
avoid fines and a lengthy legal process we have granted their request. Thank
