This is a great apartment, very well furnished and tastefully decorated. Fantastic view of the Catalina mountains and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here, I will certainly do so if I return to Tucson.

A month in the Summer

We went to Tucson in the summer to see if we could "stand" the heat. We loved it and ended up buying a condo to retire to in a couple of years. Spectrum took great care of us. The condo we stayed in was clean, well equipped and had a great view. Jeanine was very easy to work with. We had a light switch fail the first day and the issue was taken care of the next day. The owner of our condo, Eleanor, lives on site and was a great source of information. We were so pleased with our experience that we hired Spectrum to handle our Tucson rental.

Very good experience, sun, view, very nice condo and very very nice people.
A good place to stay, nice park, nice trails, nice pools, beautiful sunrise, sunset, a plenty of birds, nice cactus...
Stores, grocery, drugstore, garage...everythings you need is near.
We had a very nice stay.
We hope we will be back soon.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Greens; our condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Our dear friends, the Bulmers, helped us get a sense of all the sights to experience in Tucson and introduced us to many nice people who winter at the Greens--it is a real community feel. We savored the sunrise each morning over the Catalina Mountains as it filled our bedroom, and was like our "alarm clock". We also enjoyed the two pools on the premises. Thank you.
