I love staying in The Greens at Ventana! This complex is beautifully maintained! The Greens is close to everything from the mountains to restaurants and the pool areas are fabulous!
The condo itself had everything you needed for a comfortable stay! It’s proximity to the pool can’t be beat. The large patio area is also a really nice feature!
The rental company and its staff are the best! They are on top of everything! They make rental a very easy and pleasant experience!

This was a perfect place from the start. The communication from our renting agent Jeanine was prompt and clear. No issues with the property, clean and updated. The patio view was relaxing and a great place to enjoy a margarita at sunset. Quick and easy access to the pool/hot tub. Only issue was occasionally we heard the upstairs renters’ footfalls. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Our room was clean and very well equipped. The location was great. Our only issue was the noise level that we experienced from our tenants upstairs. The design of the rooms is such that every footstep, every chair moved, everything dropped transferred the sounds to the lower unit making it difficult to sleep. We had to sleep in the spare bedroom which had twin beds.

Nice 2br/2ba condo. Stayed in 9147. Clean upon arrival. Everything you could need for your stay, fully furnished also with towels, paper towel, tissues, bath supplies, dish washer soap, and coffee. Very spacious, nice view of mountains from patio. Pool and spa right outside door, both heated which was nice as temps were a little low but kids were still able to swim. Dead bolt for door was finicky and only liked one of the keys provided... but thats my only complaint. Property management was helpful and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again if im ever back in Tucson, way better than a hotel for almost same price.

Upon arrival: Keys not available in lock box, a leak under the kitchen sink, a master bathroom counter covered in powder, and several light bulbs out.
Less than minimal stocking of standard items for 2 week stay. Refrigerator motor began making a terrible noise and required several long visits by 2 different repairmen on our last 3 days of our vacation. The final repairman entered without permission. All during high covid risk time. Sadly, these experiences (all of which required us to communicate via an answering service) had a negative impact on our stay. Won’t use Spectrum again.

We loved our stay at the Greens! The patio was a beautiful oasis, the view of the mountains exceptional. We ate every meal outside, it was quiet and could hear birds every morning! Would definitely come back to the exact place. Unit was clean and well maintained, loved working with Spectrum.

We found this complex by chance last year and decided to come back again. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We love being away from the main road so it's quiet and peaceful but it's close to restaurants, shopping and hiking trails. The condo was nicely decorated, well stocked and had high quality furniture, bedding, towels, etc and the property around the complex is well maintained. The management company is terrific and we are already planning another visit next year.

Very well appointed condo which was, as promised, steps away from the heated pool and spa. Views from unit and pool area are wonderful. Condo has everything you need for staying and cooking. Hiking was super close and so was grocery, shopping, restaurants, and golf. We loved it and would happily return.

the apartment at the Greens was lovely very well decorated and equipped. The view from the patio in the morning sunshine was a perfect way to start the day.
The only issue for me were the steps down to the apt. as I have handicap issues and dragging suitcases and grocery bags was a challenge. Apart from that having the pool nearby was lovely. Thank you for a great stay.

The condo was as advertised. Everything was perfect. Great view of the desert and Cataina Mountains from the back porch, very convenient to both hiking trails into the mountains (Ventana and Sabino Canyons) and to stores, restaurants, etc. The heated pool and spa was right out the front door. Everything worked in the condo and was clean. Plenty of room for our family of four. Overall a great experience and reasonably priced.

The best endorsement we can give is that we have booked again for next year for the 5th year at the Greens and the 4th year in the same unit. We like the location, the view, pool and grounds upkeep, and management is top-notch. The unit is not perfect of course - e.g. there is noise from upstairs, the bed and sofa comfort could be better, the washer/dryer is not the best - but overall we like it.

Everything about the experience was enjoyable with an excellent professional staff. One significant negative was being on the first floor we heard every footstep, chair movement, and activity above us. Suggest renters seek the upper floors, unless stairs are an issue.

We arrived to find dirt enough on the nightstands to make a carwash mitt. Broken glass, beer bottle caps, and uncooked oatmeal on floor under kitchen cabinets. Wiping water spots from tile floor produced a black paper towel. You should owe me $175.00 cleaning fee. We left it much cleaner than we found it.

The place was fantastic...except the following: 1. The porch in back was filthy dirty; 2. The screens in the back window were dirty and one appeared to be ripped or coming out from the frame; 3. The bedspreads in both bedrooms were VERY well used. They need to be replaced. 4. The towels in the hall bathroom,again, could use replacing; 4. There was a constant stream of leaves that seemed to make their way into the condo each time you opened or closed a door--perhaps more frequent upkeep in this area is needed? 5. There was some type of graffiti or drawing in the sidewalk leading into the unit; 6. When the leaf blower guy did come to deal with cleaning the area it was at 7:00 am and right outside my window; 7. We were surprised that the community does not recycle and 8. The shower curtain or bath mat needs to be tossed. One or the other smelled very strongly of mildew.
Like I said though, all in all it was a great place to stay! Nice furniture, the fastest WiFi I've ever experienced, relatively quiet, great location, management was very friendly! If they upgrade some of the basics and use the 150 cleaning fee to REALLY clean I'd stay nowhere else when visiting Tucson.

We came to Tucson to train for and compete in the El Tour De Tucson (Tucson’s annual bicycle race). The location is ideal for training. It is located in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains. It is a short ride too many of Tucson’s training destinations, like Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemmon, Tucson Loop, and Oro Valley. There are many good restaurants in the area.
The unit is close to the pool and hot tub. The unit is nicely decorated and has a beautiful view of the mountains. It is well cared for. It had everything we needed. It was supplied with cooking and laundry items. Within a couple of blocks there is a large grocery store, a Greek, Peruvian, 2 Italian, and Subway restaurant. The location is ideal.
We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Tucson.
