Nice Place But Lots of Noise From Upstairs Neighbors

My wife and I stayed in the condo for the month of October. It looks just like the pictures on the website and is a comfortable place. It's right by the pool and a short walk to the BBQ area so a good location. It was clean when we checked in with the exception of the dishes. Quite a few were put away dirty, so we washed everything before using them.

The main issue we had was with the noise from the upstairs neighbors. The condo appears to be poorly insulated, so you hear every step they take, and they walk with very heavy steps so you hear a lot of loud stomping. There's a kid who is about 10, so on school days the stomping starts around 6am and goes to 7:30am or 8am, then picks up at 5:30pm or so until 10pm. It's amazing how much they walk around in a small condo, we figured they must have some workout routine or something cause it's a lot of noise. Also, the kid is learning to play trumpet, but at least that's during normal hours.

Overall it's a nice place, but I wouldn't go back due to the noise from above.

Winter in Tucson is a treat. Winter in Tucson in this beautifully maintained and ideally located condo is a special treat!
Generously stocked and well-appointed, this condo exceeded our expectations in every way. Comfortable beds and furnishings, upgraded appliances and gorgeous views made staying here a delight!
