Great place to stay! Had awesome time driving from the foothills, to Tubac to Bisbee and in between.
Very nice to have kitchen when we wanted to eat in and have some down time. Hiked 4 days in area........fantastic!

Beautiful, clean condo, excellent amenities and the views were beautiful from the deck. We enjoyed the restaurants closeby especiall Gavi and Commoner and Co. We also enjoyed some wonderful hikes including the Sabino Canyon hike in close proximity to the condo. The hike up Pima Canyon was also a good one along with hiking in Saguaro National Monument East. We also took a drive to Tubac and Madera Canyon which are both neat areas to visit.

Except for the restrictions on the pool and fitness center our stay was wonderfully enjoyable. I must say that the "requirement" of mask wearing to enter the pool, schlepping our own furniture to the pool at reserved/assigned times was at best a ludicrous attempt by the HOA to mitigate covid exposure. who ever came up with those rules knew nothing of the exposure risks of the virus. Consequently we disregarded masks and appointments and laughed at the "requirement" to clean the associations' poolside furniture. Aside from the ineffective and intrusive scare tactics imposed on us we thoroughly enjoyed our stay made especially good due the efforts of Jeanine. Many thanks to her. The HOA may want to relate to some of their owner residents that visitors are friendly and not the intruders they make us out to be.

We spent one month in this beautiful condo and were very happy during our stay. The condo is clean, well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The sunrises/sunsets and observing the wildlife from the deck were a delightful highlight. The location is great and management was very responsive. Enjoyed El Charro, Commoner & Co and music at 3 Canyons nearby. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. I have family living on Ventana Canyon gold course and we have rented multiple VRBOs over the years in this area, and this was easily our favorite. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable, appliances and everything look new, there is a covered parking stall, and it is well stocked with plenty of blankets/pillows. We didn't do any cooking while there but the kitchen seemed good and had the basic necessities.

This condo is beautiful . Obviously the picture window allows for dramatic views of the desert and mountains . Waking up each day and gazing out onto the spectacular landscape was wonderful. The interior has been recently updated so everything was working properly . I was especially grateful for a comfortable bed as well as very nice ( homey), living room furniture. It would be better to have a full size tv in the bedroom but not sure how it might fit . Overall a fabulous month in this outstanding condo !!

We were rather worried being from the UK about the whole rental experience through a third party but it turned out to be needless. Spectrum were very easy to get along with and made the whole process go very smoothly.
The condo was wonderful, very clean and fresh, with everything you needed supplied and more. The owners obviously had taken great care in furnishing the condo plus binoculars and all manner of local and naturist books were available too. The views from the picture windows of the mountains was just breath taking as your eyes were just drawn to the views on entering the condo. The pool was very pretty and found it to be not very heavily used so had the pool area to ourselves some times. Water lovely and warm too. The balcony was great to sit out on and take in the views and watch the golfers on the course yards away but proved rather hot as the weather was rather warm. Although we did have fun one day as we had heavy rain and it was fascinating sitting on the balcony watching the clouds coming down and obliterating the mountains and the heavy rain bouncing off the patio.
We had a problem with one of the window blinds and a spotlight had dropped from the ceiling so went to the Spectrum office in the morning to report it. By the time we had got back from the pool later that afternoon both blind and light had been fixed. Great service by Spectrum there plus they were a pleasure to finally meet.
We ate in every day as it was so easy to do so as Bashas were only minutes away and had everything we needed. Although there were restaurants in the Bashas shopping complex.
We had a few trips out including Mount Lemmon which was a very scenic drive but mostly had a lazy week as we were so comfortable in the condo!
A pity we did not stay for longer as it was hard to drag ourselves away. We will certainly be back and recommend Spectrum as they provided an excellent service.

The Greens At Ventana Canyon Are Great!

I recently stayed in one of the Greens-Ventana Canyon. (May 2018). This makes the 3rd time I've stayed in one their condos. As usual, it was a really nice experience. The views of the Catalina Mts. are breathtaking and it's quiet. I couldn't get enough of watching all little critters running around outside the condo.I definitely will be back again.

Great Stay in Tucson

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Greens-Ventana Canyon.
The condo was perfect. Upon arrival the grounds were beautifully maintained and we found the condo to be clean. No bed bugs, a huge relief. Our concerns about noise were short lived. The neighbors were very courteous, only once did we hear music coming from a neighbor. The quietness of the complex was impressive. Our condo had 2 BR/2 BTHs. All rooms were found clean, tastefully decorated and quite comfortable. The sofa and chair in the living room were very relaxing. A king size bed in the master and twin beds in the other bedroom were also comfortable. There were extra blankets for the cooler nights Tucson was having during our stay. A large television in the living room and smaller tv in the master was a nice treat. The kitchen was equipped with all the cooking utensils and cleaning supplies we would need for an extended stay. Washer/dryer, iron and board were useful. No trips to the Laundromat. To our surprise we found books, games, videos, binoculars, maps, and the binder full of useful information to make our stay even more enjoyable. We ate meals out on the balcony, which had enough shading to keep us cool during the 90+ degree-days. From the wonderful picture window or on the balcony we were able to view the Catalina Mountains (as pictured on the web), beautiful sunrises, sunsets, starry skies, and a variety of wildlife. We saw a wide variety of birds including; hummingbirds, partridge, roadrunner and hawk. To our delight we also viewed coyote and a bobcat, though I missed not seeing any javelina. We did check out the pool and exercise equipment but did not use either. They looked clean we were just busy getting exercise walking in Sabino Canyon. Spectrum staff responded well to our questions. I would recommend Spectrum and the Greens at Ventana to anyone.

The apartment is well appointed and comforable. We have lots of room to spread out. Location is close to Sabino Canyon one of the best hiking areas in Tucson. Management is very friendly and most helpful. we would certainly stay here again and recommend to friends.

This place was so nice, the view simply amazing, fully stocked in a friendly, fun and comfortable way. Very clean and everything we needed. So much to see from the deck; sunrise, critters, birds, mountains... And the location in Tucson superb with great restaurants and shopping walking distance. Pools and exercise facilities great. Will definitely return.
