What to be aware of:
There is only one assigned parking space at the complex. Additional parking is
available at the Vail Transportation Center. Free daily parking in the summer/
$25 overnight. There is no air conditioning in the unit however, Vail stays
cool year round.Bedrooms are on the small side.Must climb one flight of stairs
to get to unit.No RV's, trailers or oversized vehicles permitted.Smoke-free
