The fully air-conditioned home has a spacious living room located downstairs, which boasts large comfy sofas and a sofa bed for any unexpected guests. Additionally, a family room, a large fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a formal dining room that seats 6 people can be found downstairs. Extra dining can also be done on the 4 high wooden breakfast barstools at the breakfast bar or in the informal dining area, which seats 4 people. Guests can kick back and relax in the family room and enjoy the 2 large inviting sofas and armchair while watching the 46” HD flat screen TV with Blu-ray. There is one bedroom, which has two twin beds, can be found downstairs. Upstairs, the 2 main master bedrooms can be found. Not only does their size and give them their ‘master’ status, but also their spectacular view as they both look out onto the pool, patio area, and lake. The first master bedroom has direct access to an impressive-sized balcony. It also has a king-sized bed, a beautifully designed and well-thought out en-suite bathroom with a large spa and a separate walk-in shower. Additionally, there’s also a large walk-in wardrobe, giving you the ultimate luxury of living in a suite. Another twin bedroom is also conveniently located upstairs by the communal bathroom.
Indoor entertainment can be found in the games room, which features a full-sized pool table, a foosball table, basketball, and an air hockey table. However, the highlight of the home would have to be the large heatable swimming pool, which also has a spacious raised spa area. The pool area is surrounded by a safety net to ensure that families with kids remain safe. The patio is partially covered, which offers a good escape from the hot Florida sun and the lanai area is beautifully decorated with lights, allowing the possibility to entertain in the evening. Lounge chairs, a patio table set, and a barbeque can all be found outside.

Community Description
The Shire at West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division will also shortly have access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6” to 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, kids’ playground, beach volleyball and gym. Posner Park, a huge retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping and entertainment and is only 2 miles away. Disney World is just 15 minutes away while Sea World is 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes and Orlando International Airport 40 minutes’ drive.
