Overall our stay was very good, but there were some issues with the house that were less than ideal. First, we did not receive our final confirmation email the day before we arrived -therefore when we arrived at the gated entrance late in the evening of our arrival date, we didn’t have the gate code to get into the neighborhood. We loved the pool, but it was pretty dirty since a storm had come thru the area the afternoon of our arrival, a Saturday, but the pool wasn’t scheduled for cleaning till Friday that week. There were no towel bars in the second master bathroom—nowhere to hang wet towels during our whole stay. The sink drain was also missing the stopper in this bathroom so no way to fill the sink and it drained very slowly. The dryer vent was not fully attached to the dryer so hot air, lint, etc filled the upstairs when we used the dryer to dry our clothes. We enjoyed the house overall, but these issues should be improved to improve overall experience for other visitors.

A Big, Clean, Secure House

We enjoyed our stay in this large, beautiful, well maintained, very clean house located inside a secure gated community. The bedrooms are large, especially what I assume is the master. It has a closet so big you could use it as another bedroom. Parking is limited at night. Only space for two cars in the driveway and no street parking at night. The only fault we could find are the very soft beds.

My family, 7 adults & 3 children, came to Orlando for my great niece's 9th birthday to visit Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios, and the Largest McDonalds.
My experience at this home was nothing but great. The home is very large, clean, and we had no problems whatsoever. The pool/spa was nice and in working order.
The only thing I would caution is the picture of the driveway is deceiving as it is only able to accommodate 1 midsize car, 1 small car, and 1 SUV, which is what we all traveled in. If you park on the street between midnight and 5 am, your car is subject to be towed. This doesn't make sense to me that you have a house that accommodates 10 but parking is limited.

Worst experience, we had few pple on list, and we all had a few Rental cars, so we had no where to Park them, So they All got Towed with Out Notice...And there was no sigh Next to the house...also all the T.vs Uostairs wasn't working..I Emailed few time but No One Responded!! Bad business, and Never Again!!!
Where was we supposed to Park if there's only 2 Spots Available, and No Notice where to Park...Total Cost Was $440 to get them cars Back..! INSANE CAUSE WE HAD NO PARKING SPOTS

This is a really good place to stay, peaceful, great location, attractive home, well set up. Easy to get to all attractions, good local food stores, shops and restaurants.
Arrived to find a dismantled toilet, 2 teaspoons, few knives and 1 wine glass, insufficient towels, these things were irritating and not resolved for 2 days because it was the weekend, but should have been sorted before we arrived! We couldn’t be bothered to even mention the wine glasses! The house was so good we enjoyed ourselves tremendously, but it was ridiculous that we had to ask to have these things fixed, they are very basic resources.

Positives: communication was good. The size of the rental was good.
Negatives: I wish I didn't have to provide consumables like extra toilette paper & paper towels, trash back & soap; linens & towels were old, and the hot tub was not heated.
Other: I wish we knew that the traffic to Disney was under construction and much longer than expected to travel.
This made the experience feel cheap and less luxurious than advertised. Overall the property was okay, but not great. The little things go a long way to elevate the experience for a traveler. If the small things were different, I would recommend this property to a friend.

This house was in an ideal location, and had a nice private pool deck and beautiful screened porch. However, the beds were so uncomfortable, we did not sleep much at all. We even tried the sofa and the floor. The furniture could all use an update; it is worn from use. This is not a big concern for us, but the bed situation is prohibitive of us staying here again unless new mattresses are provided.

My stay was good! But did have a little flaws. The pool was super foggy I was upset because i drove 18 hrs for a house and pool and couldn’t really enjoy because of how foggy and funny it looked we couldn’t even see the floor. A lot of dust. Towels and our blankets and sheets were stained. A couple things were broken. Besides all the things i didn’t like... the jacuzzi was nice i loved it. The house if beautiful and big.if they cleaned the pool and fixed everything else i would love to stay there again.

House was nice. Dryer repair not so much, waited two days for dryer to be fixed. After two “repairmen” left dryer still didn’t heat up. I guess it’s time better than not working at all, because that is what happened after trying to dry a load. Three times in dryer and clothes still weren’t dry. ��

I have used Florida Spirit to reserve a vacation home at least 3 times in Florida now. I have always been very pleased. However, this time provided a few challenges. The home was very nice and clean and the description was accurate. But, a few things were not in proper working order and caused a bit of frustration. The dryer didn't dry clothes at all. We ran it three times for one load and the clothes were still wet. I think the filter needed cleaning because the dryer would get hot, but not dry the clothes. The water knob in one of the showers didn't work... it just turned freely. The ice maker in the refrigerator was quite useless. It seemed to have ice but would only provide shavings when using the dispenser. It was not something you could open and get ice out of, so we had to buy ice. Also, in one of the king bed master suites, there were no towel rods to hang towels on in the bathroom. There were 2 places where the ends were present to hold a rod, but just no rods. There was no hook on the back of the door, so to hang your towels up required using clothes hangers from the closet. Who has a bathroom with no where to hang a towel? We tried calling the rental agent one morning but the office was not open early. Since we were at parks from opening to close, it was not convenient to call for service. I feel sure they would have tried to help, if we had been able to get in touch with them. As I said before, I have always had a positive experience with Florida Spirit until this trip. Even with the annoying inconveniences, the house was nice and we enjoyed our trip.

Total rental price should be more accurate...That is adding cleanning+taxes and other charges should be included with in the daily rental cost...Pots and pans were rotten and unuseble. The quality of these have reduced the total rating of your house.

Large home. Live alligators directly behind pool. House had black hair all over the downstairs bedroom. Master bed was worn badly and stunk like body sweat.
Furniture was mis matched making the eating area at the kitchen pub table a terrible experience, updating is required.

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Castlemore. The house was great for our family of 6 adults, with plenty of room for everyone. Very spacious. It was close to everything we wanted to do: Disney, Universal and shopping. Florida Spirit, the maintenance company, was also very helpful before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this property to others, and we'll definitely be back.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. We were traveling with a group and the house was perfect for everyone to have their own space. The home was clean and well appointed. It was in the perfect location for us to visit the theme parks and then escape for some family time. I had a question about the pool heat and someone from the management company was literally there within an hour to take care of it. We can't wait to return!

Overall best experience I've had in a while. Only thing I would change is the trash pickup only because it was already partially filled when I arrived which then caused me to put trash in my car and travel to a dump site.
