If you wanted a heated pool/spa this is not the house for you!

We really enjoyed the house and the location. It was a very nice and quiet neighborhood and the yard/pool area felt very private. We were very unsatisfied however with the pool/spa. We specifically took this vacation to spend a lot of time in the pool and spa. We booked this house because pool heat was included. I confirmed with the rental company that pool heat was included. I was assured it was. I then contacted the rental company 2 days before our check-in to ensure that our pool heat would be on because we would want to use it the day we arrived. It was not turned on when we arrived, which was a Friday, so we had to wait until Monday to have contact with the office. After several contacts with the rental company and the pool cleaners, the pool/spa NEVER worked correctly. When the pool temp was measured 5 days into our visit it was 70 degrees. NOT HEATED. Nobody, not the rental company, nor the pool cleaners wanted to to admit that there was a problem with the pool. It was not circulating and chlorine had to be added twice. We have been to many homes in Florida and we know how the pool/spa function and this one was not functioning correctly. If you are looking forward to using this house for the pool area, I would look elsewhere. We were there for 10 days and it was never right. It is a shame, the house was exactly what we wanted, but the pool left something to be desired. I would be VERY upset if I was this property owner at how this house is managed and how issues are just overlooked. For example, someone from the rental company came out the measure the temp of the pool water and told me it was 85 degrees. Somehow they measured it without actually coming into the pool area. The pool NEVER reached 85 degrees, and when the temp was measured 2 days later, it was 70 degrees. Please do not advertise free pool heat if the heat does not work.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was clean and tidy. Only had one hiccup with the door code, which the property management quickly sorted out. If you do rent this house when you put in your door code, hit the * after the numbers. Great location, very quiet, far enough away from everything but not too far.

We were not satisfied with this rental experience as we've been with others. We where not able to get into the gate because we didn't have a code. Also we couldn't enter the residence because the code we had didn't work. It took several phone calls before we received the right code. We wanted to enjoy the pool the first evening we arrived, however the pool was not clean. Again after several phone calls, someone came out the next morning and took care of the cleaning. There should be a listing of additional charges for spa heating and grill use on the amenities listing not just on the rental agreement. This can help people to decide if this is the best rental for their needs. You've already paid for the rental before you get the agreement, That states additional charges which can be over looked. The beds had good mattresses. The comforters could stand replacement with new ones. The rental overall was not bad, it just could have been better

It was fine overall. It was very hot the a/c was not getting cold. My car got towed so better communication about that would’ve been nice. The jacuzzi wasn’t getting hot at any time day / night.

All good with every aspect of rental. Management should include needing to add a * at the end of the 4 digit access code to enter house. I think there should be some notification by text if pool is to be serviced to insure privacy.

I completely messed up and thought we had one more night left on our stay. I received a phone call while we were IN Disney. They were so polite and so accommodating they extended our stay an extra night and even asked me to call them whenever was good later in the day to pay for the extra night just so I wouldn’t miss any time with my family. The home was super clean and in a beautiful gated community. We will for sure stay here again!!

We were a family of 6 adults staying for 9 nights. We found the home very clean and well organized. The furniture was in good condition and comfortable (mattresses too!) and the pool was well maintained and a very comfortable temperature. We were hoping the spa was more of a hot tub, but we were never able to get the temperature warmer than the pool, despite following the directions onsite. I believe this is more by design (for energy savings) than there being an issue, so we just didn't use it. We found one twin bed frame to be broken upon arrival. We called the management company who responded promptly, handled it that same afternoon, and followed up to make sure we were doing OK--great service! We thought this location was great for an easy drive to all the parks, and the proximity to Championsgate just a couple miles away was so convenient for groceries at Publix, restaurants, and everything else you might need during your stay. Be advised that there are absolutely no leftover condiments, salt & pepper, coffee filters, etc upon arrival. You will have a single roll of paper towels, and a roll of TP in each bathroom, a single packet of dishwasher detergent, a single laundry soap packet, and a scrubber wand with dish detergent inside. If you want some coffee your first morning, bring some coffee and basket filters with you! All the appliances were in great shape and appeared newish. Overall, this was a great stay, and we enjoyed it even more than the home in Windsor Hills that was bigger and "fancier" a few years ago! The price was really a good value in my opinion.

Very good experience, except last night when we returned from Disney around 11:00PM, the door code would not work. I called the emergency number and was given new code in a short period of time. I think what happened is we added Wednesday Night to our stay, (although added several months before trip)so I figure this did not get changed at code level. Still great house and great location for the money.

We really enjoyed our stay on the property. We had a little issue with the neighbors, but that was not the renters fault. The house was clean the only issue we had was a few small little ants in one of the master bathrooms that we couldn’t get rid of.

This house that we stayed at was the best vacation we have had in a long time. The house was clean, close to everything and we loved having our own pool attached to the house.
