House was very spacious and loved having the extra room. Spa didn’t work for the first 2 days but management got it fixed and it was great for the rest of our stay. House had minimal kitchen supplies so could use some additions there. Loved having neighbors on only one side.

We are a family of 10--needing 6 bedrooms, many bathrooms and a pool. We rented from this company before and everything was fantastic. Unfortunately we found many shortcomings.
The garbage cans for the house were still filled from the last renters. The games room was not clean--unlevel pool table & pool sticks we fixed with glue. One bedroom was not usable with 2 broken beds and a note they would not be fixed while we were there.
Kitchen was not well supplied-un-usable fry pans chipped dishes-broken chairs. Laundry room was hot and lint everywhere. We found disconnected dryer hose. Also found the air filters looked like they were never changed. WE changed them ourselves. The trim etc was quite bad with dirt the corners. No need to say more.
Someone decided to refund us $168. Wow
WE were here for a family vacation and we had a great time. Unfortunately we will no longer be recommending Florida Spirit. All they had to do was stop by and see us.

We were two families travelling travelling to the area for a Christmas vacation. House was great as we were wanting to split days between the parks and other activities so the location was good. Pmayed a couple of rounds of golf on the estate course and they were extremely welcoming.
House was clean and as described, it had everything needed for the house. If being overly critical I would have liked specific pool towels provided for guests as well as bath towels. Management company was great, we had a minor issue getting into the home but they resolved it quickly once we had notified them

Spacious accommodation sparsely equipped with little or no information on how to operate anything and everything. No welcome pack, no scissors, no wine glasses, not enough cutlery/crockery.

House is true to size as as described. However there were not a lot of pots and pans enough to do a little cooking but not a lot. Pool and Jacuzzi is very convenient very nice area pool in the community is very nice as well. Downfalls about the house I feel it could’ve been clean better I don’t think the sheets were clean they do have sheets or bedding available for you to change the sheets I just don’t feel like the house was cleaned I think the house was clean by the last tenants and that was it. Upon arrival the trash from the last tenant was overflowing in a trashcan therefore it scattered with the birds and trash was all over the yard as we pulled up towels were wet they were in the dryer towels was left in the washer.

Overall Comment

When looking at the listing, we were excited. However, upon arrival, there were some serious problems. Upon arrival, we tried making coffee but the coffee maker was broken and so was the toaster. We contacted Florida resorts and it took them five days to only bring a coffee maker replacement. They didn’t even bother bringing the other items. The toilet seat in one of the rooms was completely broken as well. The pots had no lids and they were unusable. The bed in the master bedroom is also so squeaky to the point that any sudden movement causes a loud squeak to be heard from the kitchen. The sheets as well were old and had hard like ball shape stumps that made it nearly impossible to sleep on. The chair in the kitchen was also on its last legs. If someone was to sit in it, it would collapse. The beds upstairs also are on the verge of breaking. If looked at, you could clearly see that they are bent. Also, the trash was not cleared from the previous renters. When we opened the trash can to throw out our own trash, we found worms and the trash can was filled to the brim.

The house was plenty big enough for our group. The negatives-- the upstairs/ stair carpet had lots of stains. The downstairs master bed creeked and croaked with every move. The dining furniture seemed very flimsy like it was about to break .There were no pot holders/ kitchen wash cloths, maybe cleaning crew forgot to leave some bc there were also only about 3 washcloths in whole house. We noticed lots of lint on towels that were left and then when we used dryer there was lint everywhere even after cleaning lint trap and it took at least 3 cycles to dry clothes. The location wasnt terrible but wasnt as easy to get on I4 as other houses we stayed at. There was no toaster in the kitchen ( bagels make a cheap and easy breakfast) and only 2 frying pans one was severely scratched same thing with pots all scratched up and coating coming off that you don't want to ingest.

Overall Comment

Upon entry of the house all tile floors were sticky. Many stains on all the carpets and walls, as well as carpet pulling up in several places. Pool screens are ripped so bugs get in. Coffee maker did not work, some of the pans are less than desirable to cook on. Sign posted of not turning down air under 74 degrees, we’re in Florida. Heat rises and it’s HOT upstairs. Hard to sleep comfortably! With the paper access pass we waited up to 15 minutes to get through the security gate almost every day. House was a convenient location to all attractions. Pool was clean and temperature of the pool was great. House is located on a pond so we had a gator friend that made for a great view. All in all the house was fine! Just wanted to pin point what we noticed and particularly didn’t care for.
