Great family vacation

We enjoyed a family vacation with all our children and our 4 grandchildren.
We spent time at Disney Animal Kingdom and Epcot, restaurants in the area, and Cape Kennedy. The most family fun for everyone was spend at the house in the spa and pool. We had easy access to the parks and the major highways without being over crowded and rushed.
When we moved in we had to call Laddy at the Spirit office and she was quick and helpful to get the television set up and running so we could understand newer technology.
I would recommend staying here if you are in need of a six bedroom rental.

The home was very beautiful and my family had a good time, although you barely get any phone service there we still had a good time. Anytime I called with any questions they answered them immediately and they helped with any problem that came about. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend this home to any future families looking for a vacation home.

The house was perfect for us. Sad we didn’t get to enjoy the pool area much because we had so much planned already. The house was beautiful, lots of room for the kids to enjoy and relax. There was nothing we needed, everything was neatly provided.

The house was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, the previous renters hadn't taken out the garbage, but the maintenance people came right away and cleaned it up.
There is a game room in the garage, but it was very hot and the garage door was padlocked, so we couldn't open it to cool it off so that we could use it.
Two things that weren't clear in the description were that pool heat isn't just for the pool, but also the hot tub and that they wouldn't allow the air conditioner to be turned below 74 degrees.

House was good, very adequate space throughout this home! Spacious driveway space. Plenty of cooking area and dishes. Pool area had enough space for our entire family.
I was however very disappointed in the beds. They were so uncomfortable and loud when sleeping. I woke up several times each night due to the loudness of them. As well as extremely uncomfortable.
Pool area did have a huge amount of pine needles that dropped from the tree in and on the pool screen. Large tare in the side wall of screen. The back neighbor has 2 dogs and they clearly do not clean up after them often. Constantly smelt dog poop.
Not your typical Florida Spirit rental by any stretch of the imagination.

The house had minor issues as the laundry door couldn’t open and the fridge drawers were loose with broken pieces. But nothing that could bother or harm our stay, just that said so you won’t think it was us. We had an amazing stay and we are planing the next vacation with spirit homes. Thank you for the pleasant home

We Loved our stay. Everything except the next door neighbors on the pool side. They made it very difficult to enjoy being in the pool or relaxing on the pool deck.

I was unpleased with how the whole situation was handle by the property manager. With the check in part.

With our new system Duve, it does inquire about your arrival time at the property, but should be more clear in regards to the check-in time being 4 PM. This rental property was conveniently located to all the attractions Orlando has to offer. The only issue was the wifi service. We could not consistently make or complete calls while inside the residence. Otherwise, our stay was very comfortable and relaxing.
