The home was very beautiful and the pool area was loved by everyone. The layout of the home was perfect due to us having a person in a wheelchair. Looking forward to returning back to the area again next year with the consumers. I have already recommended to family and friends.

stools at kitchen counter are all broken
2 white chairs in living room are all torn up and leave white marks on your clothes
refrigerator leaks constantly and you must leave a towel in front of it to catch the water
downstairs in extremely warm, 2nd floor is nice and cool

A little beat-up but not bad. Perfect for 8 guys golfing
TV could be a little bigger in leaving room. Be nice if there were a couple necessities. No soap, 1 garbage bag, very minimal but price was right.

The house was a bit worn but it worked for us. The pool was warm when we got there which was great but the AC in the downstairs was not working. They ended up fixing it on our last night. I had left them a message about the AC and they called me back to let me know that they had scheduled someone to fix it that day which was nice but we were at Disney World. When I told them I didn't want someone in the house while we were gone they said they were going to charge me a service fee for the appointment that they scheduled without talking with me first. Not what I wanted to deal with while on vacation with the family!

We had a blast here!!! The house was clean when we arrived. There were minor things that were wrong. Nothing prevented us from enjoying the house. I think it would make a good idea if a mop and broom were left in house for guests to use. There were 10 of us, and with everyone using the pool the floors get wet. We were also there for 12 days and couldn’t we couldn’t sweep or mop the floors.

Unfortunately there were many concerns we had within the home and the communication with the host/staff/property owners was null. Left messages and no returned phone calls. Trash left on property, external cable box was knocked over/damaged, kitchen faucet broken, bar chairs(old) unstable and fabric ripped, living room chairs fabric old and shedding need replacing, towels only one per person, several TVs not working, bedding very old including matresses and a live roach in Jack & Jill bathroom. Sorry and the entire home needs dusting :(

In this community, the HOA does do daily trash pickup, but this can be delayed during the holiday/peak periods within the area. We do regret that we were not able to address the other concerns listed during your stay, but we will be sure to escalate this with our team in order to have these items resolved. Florida Spirit is always great to work with when planning our golf trips, but the property maintenance did need some work. Very dirty HVAC filter, no water from bath faucet, very slow drain at kitchen sink, no power to MBR TV. Response to repair was great. Rented from Florida Spirit for several years and we will be back! Customer Service was flawless!!!

Overall good stay! Minor issues in house such as broken sink knob and very limited trash disposal area. Unable to utilize every Tv due to missing cords but fortunately that did not ruin our trip completely. One of the toilets clogged up during trip but due to excessive amount of bathrooms it did not cause an extreme issue. Numbers posted in home need to be updated for repairs since they send you to a promotional service but you can call other contact number for assistance. Since it was Sunday and not an emergency I guess that’s why I did not hear back from anyone during our stay. Overall, the place was nice. The neighborhood had a lot of trash/items located on the curbs and very limited parking space. So keep that in mind when traveling. Even though the house can accommodate a large group of ppl they state after dark to park all vehicles in drive way, which is small by the way.

Very large home that fit the large group we had and loved the area and the lazy river. On the downside we had to go out and buy bath towels as there were only about 8 to 10 and we had 15 people staying also could have been cleaned better especially pool area nice big fake eyelash as soon as you walked out of sliding doors. Kitchen had two small fry pans. 2 t.v’s did not come on at all - 1 missing cord to attach to cable box and the other just didn’t work :( - so maybe just a little more attention to cleaning and making things work and towel count 10 versus the 35 it states it has.

The house was a perfect size for three families we had staying with us, had plenty of room. The home had all the essentials, pillows, towels, dishes, etc.
What the house was missing was dish towels and pot holders - had none.
The only real compliant was the pool heater was not working, took 3 days to get the pool heater working properly.

This property was amazing! Nice spacious clean home. The amenities were great, everything was as advertised. The family really enjoyed the pool. The location was close to several grocery stores restaurants and most important Disney World!!!! We will definitely plan a trip in the near future and stay at this property again.

Overall the stay at this property was very good, the home was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities you'd want on a vacation visit to the Orlando area. We did have a few minor hiccups, no fault to the owner or home itself...The neighborhood caters to vacation rentals and on the second night we had to call the police at 1:30 am for the very loud partying and music from a rental neighbor. They do have a noise ordinance in place and for the most part it seems all follows the rules. Again, this had no reflection on the home itself, the owner. We really did enjoy our stay and will book again at this location.

I and a group of friends rented this home for a 4-day event at the convention center. We were able to arrive before the event started and it was easy to add early check-in when we realized it fit our schedule better the day before.
The overall space and bedroom locations fit our needs perfectly. Two ladies have physical limitations that made the master bedrooms downstairs perfect for them.
We loved that the upstairs had plenty of bedrooms along with 2 Jack & Jill bathrooms. My son and husband joined us on the last evening. My son was able to have the adjoining room with the Jack & Jill.
Our only issue was that the Pool Heater & Jacuzzi Heat were not working. We submitted a notice and it was quickly repaired. One note... we couldn't figure out how some of the light switches worked or didn't turn on the lights but there were plenty of lights with bedside lights that it wasn't a major issue.
Other than these few issues, this would have been a 5-stars review for each category!

Visited in October 2018 with Family for two weeks . Property was very secure and well located with loads of room for everyone . The pool and spa were very popular with the grand children as well as the pool table. Had a couple of small issues which were taken care of immediately by the staff at Florida Spirit and a special shout out to Sandy who was amazing. Unfortunatey on a couple of occasions the neighbours obviously did not read their rule book and partied loud all night which kept the children awake . No reflection on the property for this as instructions were provided on how to deal with this which I did not do. Overall a great vacation with the grand children looking for a reset button on the last day .

myself and my family really enjoyed our stay. we are planning another trip sometime next year and for the year 2020. We truly enjoyed the oasis water park!!!! The house was beautiful I must say. Only thing we didn't like was the cook wear its dull and old needs to be replace with all new pots and pans. The sealing fan lights didn't work in the upstairs lounge area it would have been nice to have way more light. MY family loved there rooms we were happy with the amount of space we had. The kids loved the pool area as well as myself and the other adults. we look forward to vacationing again at this location in a different home.

We enjoyed our stay! We arrived to a clean home and was amazed at how much room we had. The kitchen's fully equipped with everything you need pots, pans, cookie sheet, strainer and even an wine opener! The kids had a blast in the pool and never wanted to leave. We did take some time to head to the clubhouse where you have everything you can think of. The splash pool for the kids was a big hit and the lazy river was a big hit for the adult crowd. You can basically stay on the property for 7 days and never leave without doing anything twice. Thank you to the owners who ensured we had everything we needed right down to helping us gain access to the house (we were initially trying to enter the wrong house..lol). Walmart's a short drive up the road if you want to stock up on items. We also visited Mac's Meats & Produce in Winter Haven, Fl. We also rented a grill from Derenter in Kissimmee. We'll be back again in 2019 and looking forward to bringing more family along for the fun!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay this past week. The house was clean and in good condition. The only problem we had was a little electrical problem in the kids room with the lights but they didn’t mind because the lamps worked. Other than that we really had a great time and they enjoyed every second of the pool. I would rent and recommend this vacation home.

The house was beautiful but needs some work. The ceiling fans in the rooms did not work. The pool/hot tub timer was not connected. The hot water in the kitchen did not work. Also a rat ran across the back area by the pool. Finally found the last tenets underwear in the corner of the master bedroom.

The house and community were perfect for our stay. It's about a 15-20 min drive to Disney. We had 6 kids ages 2-5-12-13-17-18 and everyone had a great time. The house is stocked with all kitchen appliances. You do have to buy pretty much anything you need though, including toilet paper and paper towels (one roll is provided in each bathroom on arrival). All items previous guests may have left are taken. The W/D came in handy as towels needed to be washed, etc. The clubhouse was fantastic and we spent a couple of days just hanging out at the pool in between our Disney excursions. The kids also loved the pool and hot tub at the house. The beds were comfortable as well. The nearest Publix is about 10 minutes away, so it would have been nice to have something a little closer, as we needed groceries pretty often (you don't want to buy too much in the beginning, not knowing if you will actually use it all). I would stay here again though. It was really nice.

Well laid out home with plenty of space for multiple families. Parking can be tight, so check with company to see if street parking is OK. I saw many cars on the street but I got the impression that it wasn't allowed. Location is great for Disney but Universal is a little further away. Community pool and club house is top-notch.
Communication with rental agency is great if you're using the App. I highly recommend that. Make sure you invite your other guests using the app, so they'll use it too.
Shopping and groceries are a little hike (3 miles), so make sure you stock up on everything you need while you're out.
I would definitely rent from this company again.
