Let’s start with the kitchen. It large, spacious, and overlooks the living and dining room areas, making it great for entertaining. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances you’d need to put together tasty, home-cooked meals. Any chef would be thrilled to cook in this kitchen! There are two living room areas. The first living room, the main living room, is right next to the kitchen, and it has a large, stylish L-shaped sofa an armchair. It also has a large, flat screen TV mounted to the wall, which is perfect for watching all you favorite Disney movies on. If there’s any fighting over the remote, head to the second living room area upstairs. Here, you’ll find another large sofa, flat screen tv as well as a games table and an additional sofa. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at one of three places. Firstly, you can eat at the breakfast bar / kitchen island, which has seating for up to five. You can also choose to sit at the large dining table, which seats up to ten people. And finally, if you want to enjoy some alfresco dining, you can choose to eat outside by the pool at the fancy outdoor dining table, which also seats ten people. And while we’re talking about the pool area, let’s talk some more about it. Firstly, it’s screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. There’s a large, refreshing pool for every to cool off in after a long day out in the Florida heat, and there’s a spa for people to relax in. Fancy working on your tan? No problem! There are multiple sunbeds dotted around the pool area. There’s also lanai for those who want to relax outside, but out of the sun. If you would like sine indoor entertainment, then head to the Marvel-themed games rom in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a table tennis table, an air hockey table, and a pool table. There’s also a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall with a couple of seats.
There are ten bedrooms. Five of the bedrooms have king-sized beds, which are great for couples or individuals who want room to stretch out. One of the king bedrooms is also themed to SeaWorld. The other five bedrooms have two single beds in each. The first of these bedrooms is themed to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the second is themed to Star Wars, the third is themed to Monsters Inc., the fourth is Disney themed, and the fifth is princess themed. All bedrooms have their own TV.
