This house has it all! If you enjoy cooking, you’ll love the kitchen! It’s
modern and has black wooden cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel
appliances, a breakfast bar, and it overlooks the living and dining areas. It
also comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up even the most
difficult of recipes. When it’s time to eat, there’s a dining area just off
the kitchen that has a long, wooden, smart-looking dining table with seating
for up to 8 people. This is the perfect place for everyone to sit down and
enjoy a nice meal together. The Florida sun can make everyone exhausted, so
there’s no better place than the living room to come back to and watch a good
Disney movie. It has a large flat screen TV mounter to the wall, a large blue
leather sectional, a large blue leather ottoman, and patio doors that lead to
a nice screened-in porch area with wicker furniture, and views of the golf
course. Need some more space to relax? There’s a second living room upstairs.
There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size
bed, en-suite bathroom, and private access to the outdoor patio. The second
bedroom has 2 full-size beds, and the third bedroom has two single beds, which
are perfect for younger members of the family. Need to do some laundry? No
problem! There’s a full-size washer and dryer.
Community Description
As Orlando’s premiere tourist and commercial destination — encompassing some
1,500 acres southwest of The Walt Disney World Resort — Champions Gate
welcomes visitors just off its I-4 exit with stately rows of towering palm
trees behind the beautifully-designed double gates. With 36 holes of
championship golf designed by International golf champion Greg Norman,
Champions Gate is like no other golf resort in the world. The golf resort also
features a 35,000 square foot clubhouse which features a pro shop, full-

Champions Village is the development’s retail center, is anchored by Lakeland,
Florida based Publix Super Market. McDonalds, Subways, Walgreens, 7/Eleven,
Chili’s Grill and Bar, Miller’s Ale House, Red Robin, Regions Bank, and Watson
Realty also have locations within Champions Gate. pages. Additional
restaurants and retail stores are currently underway to complement the
existing shopping center.
Champions Gate Down Town now offering a nice mix of restaurants to choose
from. Great places to grab Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Now open for business:
CG Salon, Envy Nails, woof gang bakery and grooming, Tijuana Flats, Menchie’s,
and Jersey Mike’s. Blue Coast and Osteria. Opening Soon are Huey Magoos
Chicken Tenders, Great Clips and Little Greek Restaurant.
