Everything was good the pool was great It was very clean maintenance while we were there the kitchen was well equipped the only thing the furniture is a little bit outdated and the bed mattresses were a little uncomfortable had a backache the whole time there but very close to everything.

We are not strangers to FSVR and will continue as customers. As sometimes occurs there can be a breach in the satisfaction experienced. This Tuscan Hills home needs some TLC: carpets cleaned, appliances updated, new comforters, twin bed repaired, television upgrades, and ability to stream premium movie services. A safety rail for entry into the pool would be helpful for elderly and infirm guests.

Very good, however home is need of some repair, the blinds leading to the pool are broken. The sink stopper in the Master is broken!!
I would upgrade the pot and pans also!!!

Overall, it was a good stay. However, the beds were very uncomfortable, the master toilet was broken, and one of the lounge chairs outside was broken. Besides that, the pool was nice being heated and the sun hit half the pool most of the day. The location was good and close to things.

The house was perfect. All amenities were there for us. The pool was beautiful, we loved the spacious rooms, and able to kick back and cook some days. The only problem we had was that the toilet link was broken and we reported, they said they would be out to fix it next day and nobody came or called back. We had other rest rooms to use but not having one in our room wooing was inconvenient.

Our vacation rental was awesome. It was 5 min from Disney, 20 min to Universal 5 min from the main drag where all the restaurants and grocery stores were. The house it self was spectacular! Extremely clean, the pool was great perfect for little kids and adults. It was perfect after a long day at the parks to come home to the pool and a few drinks pool and not have to worry about closing time. So many good things to say I can't get them all out. So I will just say we will be using Florida Spirit Vacation Homes every time we come to Florida from now on. It really is the only way to go. Great job guys. Oh I almost forgot we forgot a pair of glasses at the home and the management staff were great help getting them back to us.

The home was in a quiet, gated community. We were about a mile from a publix, gas stations, dollar tree, & they were even in the process of building an aldis which is a favorite of ours at home. The home was clean upon arrival. The pool was nice. There was a fully stocked kitchen. Huge master bath area. We didn't know there was a play pen for a few days (which was a downer until we found it) - so check all closets upon arrival to see what is there. While we enjoyed the decor, having small children we pretty much had to pick up everything within reach and put it away so nothing would get broken. That's no ones fault but just a warning if you're arriving with littles. There wasn't too many options for floaties for kids and since we flew we ended up having to buy and leave them behind. Luckily just bought some at the dollar tree but it would have been a great addition had they been provided. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again.

The home is in a convenient location. The living room could use an update but it’s functional. The TV’s in bedrooms are not working but the living room works. The WiFi was fast and reliable.
We had everything we needed in the kitchen except for a scrub brush or scouring pad and dish liquid. We bought some and gave them away since nothing is left in the unit.
Upon arrival we noticed a strong odor like bug spray so I assume it had just been treated. It faded after a few days.
The patio furniture is terribly uncomfortable but the pool is great. We used it every day.
We liked the neighborhood and walked around it. It’s conveniently located for the airport, grocery shops, restaurants and parks. We were there for my daughter’s graduation and visiting family in Winter Garden and it was only 20 mins there as well.
There was a pillow case in the dryer.
There were several plates and cutlery put away dirty.

My husband and I along with our daughter and her family stayed here a total of 7 people and we were quite comfortable, very roomy. The house was clean , had everything we needed to cook, had starter pack for the essentials to get us by till we were able to go shopping. The pool was great the water temp was wonderfully warm, really appreciated that and the heated pool was of no charge my grandkids and us adults loved it . Also there was a fence around the pool so we didn’t have to worry about the kids getting near the pool without an adult, very much appreciated that. There were pool toys there for the kids to play with, and all the towels you could possibly need. The house was in a gated community made us feel safe, also house was in good location from all the parks and shopping, definitely recommend this house and hope to be back again and stay here. Florida spiritcompany kept us informed of all information needed to enjoy this house.

The 4bd house handle our 8 family members great. We had a couple of plumbing issues which were taken care of quickly. I would suggest to upgrade the carpet. It’s showing a lot of wear. The shower head in the master bathroom needs more water pressure. One box spring on a twin bed was broken. I would update some of the mattresses. The pool was great and I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to be close to all the parks We would stay again. Thanks for all you did.

Our first view of the property was okay.However the Master bathroom shower was the PRESSURE for a shower and water sprayed everywhere BUT where needed.
Made sure to call them and tell them.Carpet could have been cleaner called and told them these things. The last day the garbage disposal leaked could not get them on the phone to tell them.Didnt really use this so dont know why this happened.Overall the house was okay except for these minor problems.Unfortunately I would not tell anyone to stay here because we have stayed at better properties.

We vacationed with our daughter and her family - 4 adults and 3 kids total. The house worked great for our group. We loved having a kitchen and packed lunches everyday to take into the Disney parks. The location was an easy drive to the parks - about 30 minutes.

We had an excellent time in this home! Very nice home, very clean and well equipped. The only downside was that there isn’t a lot of sun that hits the back pool area. Also, could really use another trash can or recycle bin. All together, very positive experience.

Everything was great. I was worried that what showed on the website was not going to be true. But everything was exact. We enjoyed our stay this house very much. But..... there were 3 things. The first is my biggest complaint. The gate code I was given did not work and we were unable to get in. I couldn't get a hold of anyone as it was 10 pm. Thankfully, a stranger let us use there code to get in. The second issue is... there was no iron. We hate wearing wrinkled clothes! Thirdly.....there was no recycle bin. Every other house seemed to have one.

We stayed Feb. 18 - 24/2017. The pics on the website do not do the house justice. It's a very nice house and the company that we dealt with was very organized. The only problem we had was the pool did not get much sun time. If you go you will need all the basics - salt/pepper, ketchup, mustard.

We loved the layout of the house. The pool was on the smaller side, but perfect for out family. We love the privacy vacation homes offer. This was somewhat expensive for the ammenities though.
