Unit 403 comfortably sleeps 7 with a King Primary Bedroom, a King guest bedroom and a third bedroom that sleeps 3 with a twin over Queen bunk bed. The primary bedroom features a beautiful en-suite complete with walk in shower and corner garden tub.
Emerald Dunes is located in the highly popular Crystal Beach community and is close to shopping, restaurants and area attractions. On property you will find a community pool and hot tub plus a grilling area and a beach access. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
NOTE: Emerald Dunes is a SMOKE FREE, TOBACCO FREE property. No trailers, jet skis, RV's or boats are permitted.
