Gulf Front Condominium located on the West End of the Building. There are only 2 condos on this floor. Gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico are provided from the Primary Bedroom, Living Room, and Dining Areas. Enjoy the swimming pool or head to the beach for a sunny day in Destin. Complimentary beach chair service of two chairs and one umbrella are provided daily in season (May to Fall).
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
