A private rooftop pool, an elevator, a theater room and four stories of magazine-worthy finishes are just some of the facets that make this gem of a rental shine brighter than the rest.
The entertainment options of this house combined with six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms make it a stellar venue for large groups. Each room of the house- from the bedrooms to the bathrooms- enjoys eye-catching modern art, freshly painted white walls and beautiful tile work in honeycomb patterns of different beach-inspired colors. There are also three spacious areas for entertaining: the first floor features a chef-ready kitchen which opens up to dining for 15 and a paved beachfront patio; the third floor hosts a movie room with theater seats, a screen projector and surround sound; and ultimately the fourth floor boasts a rooftop pool deck that overlooks the beach and features a covered bar and outdoor seating.
Apart from a fantastic rental built to dazzle, Villa #4 also has a practical side. A carpet-free home, allergens and sand accumulation are minimal. Other conveniences include dedicated parking, two washer/dryer units, and deeded beach access exclusively for Henderson Beach Villa guests. Moreover, the location of this property is within a few miles' radius of The Destin Commons, award-winning golf courses, grocery stores and a myriad eateries.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
