Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to
anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every
two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!
This unit comes with one free beach set up in season.
This beautiful unit on the top floor of the Mediterranea condo has BRAND NEW
paint and carpeting as of early 2015 and was tastefully decorated by a local
interior designer. It features crown molding, tiled living room, kitchen,
baths, hall and utility room, granite counter tops, nine foot ceilings, wall
to wall carpet in both suites, cultured marble bathroom vanities and sinks,
and a relaxing garden tub in master bath with separate stand up shower and
smart TV's throughout. The balcony has counter high polywood table and 4
chairs to improve the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, pool and
courtyard.
King beds are in both bedrooms and both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Both
beds have new mattresses as of June 2019. A half bath is located near the
entrance of the condo.
Convenience is everything while on vacation so a laundry room is located in
your condo!
Wireless internet is featured in this condo to ensure everyone is able to
share memories and photos of their wonderful time at Destin!
Not only does this condo have a personal balcony for each suite and living
room, but it has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the
courtyard area that offers the expansive pool and poolside spa! Just a hop,

This unit rents Saturday to Saturday only with a 7 night minimum during Spring
Break, Peak Summer, and Fall Break.
