It’s high notes include a 25 foot private and furnished balcony that offers unmatched Gulf views; architectural upgrades including 12 foot ceilings, modern plank flooring and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors overlooking the beach.
Recent renovations, all new tile and vanities in the bathrooms, beautiful slabs of granite for the kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances and new furnishings, give Penthouse 14 a fresh, new construction vibe. However, the serene nautical tones, comfortable bedding and unique Destin inspired art add just the right amount of softness.
Sterling Shores wants every guest to answer anytime the beach calls and that’s why PH 14 includes wristband access to the beach, and to two pools (one of which is one of the few truly beachfront pools in Destin) and the other a sprawling lagoon style pool with fountains and cabanas. Plus, guests can also enjoy the fitness center, barbecue areas and the good fortune of being within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
