Let’s go over the bedrooms quickly: the first bedroom, the master bedroom is large, has a king-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. And the third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds in each, perfect for the younger members of the family.
You’ll love the kitchen. It has black appliances, granite countertops, light-colored cabinets, and it comes fully equipped. It also has a breakfast bar with seating for up to 2 people. This is a great place to sit down and have a cup of coffee while socializing with those in the kitchen. In addition to the breakfast bar, there is also a breakfast nook just off of the kitchen that seats 4 people, and there is a formal dining area just behind the living room that seats up to 6 people.
The living room is a good size, and it is safari themed. It has two brown leather sofas, a large TV, and access to the pool via glass patio doors that both let in plenty of natural light and let those who want to go to the pool out.
The pool area has views of the golf course, and it is screened in to keep out those pesky Florida bugs. The pool is large and inviting, and there are sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan. Pool heating can be requested for an extra cost before arriving to the house.
For those who want to stay out of the sun, there is a patio table and chairs under a covered lanai. Don’t want to go outside? Try out the games room. Here, you’ll find a pool table and a basketball game. You’re sure to spend hours in this room.
