and 4.5 baths for up to 12 guests, this comfortable escape is popular with
families and friends who love to explore the world together by day and come
home to comfort and style by night. Close to all the theme parks that make
this part of the world an exciting vacation destination, this home's proximity
to shops, restaurants, and other activities ensure that every minute of your
stay will be fun! Including access to all Resort Activities your vacation
experience begins with the opening of the front door on your first day in
paradise!
The cobblestone driveway and complementing stacked stone front façade of 1811
offers the first hint that this home is special! Walk inside and fall in love
with a space that is light, bright, and welcoming, starting with the living
room.
Living Room: Two sofas in faded denim face each other in this comfortable
room, offering the perfect spots for reading, conversation, or watching the
super-sized smart tv hanging on the shiplap covered accent wall. A ceiling fan
hanging overhead keeps you cool during the summer and windows that look out
onto the lanai keep the space light at any time of the year.
Kitchen: This super modern and spacious kitchen is a space that all chefs will
wish was their own. Offering white stone countertops and a cool gray tile
backsplash, the appliances are stainless steel, the flamingo leaning against
the backsplash adds a touch of whimsy, and the expansive breakfast bar offers
overflow seating for 4 on country white cushioned barstools, ensuring that
every guest has a place to eat and relax!
Dining Area: Navy accents contrast beautifully with the white chairs and dark
stained table top in the dining area, located just steps away from the kitchen
and the living room. Views of the fun going on by the pool can be had at the
table and as you eat, play games, or sip your morning coffee, you will feel
peaceful and at ease.
Bedroom 1: The only room on the lower level of 1811, this space presents a
king sized bed and a flat screened smart tv for entertaining purposes and
shares the downstairs bath with the household.
Bath 1: Spacious and modern, a walk-in shower and single vanity with granite
top make this downstairs bath convenient and stylish.
Pool/Lanai: The end of our first level tour takes us outside to a screened-in
lanai. Offering multiple seating and dining areas, a curtained cabana with 2
cushioned lounging areas, and a hot tub and pool, you may wonder why anyone
would ever want to go back inside the house when spending time out here!
Loft Space: When traveling with more than one family, or even when traveling
with kids, this upstairs loft comes in super handy! Offering another
comfortable place to sit, a large gray sectional that takes up much of the
room, a smart tv hanging on one wall, and an arcade game on the other, this
room is the perfect place for rowdy kids to hang out and for family members to
retreat to when they want some peace and quiet.
Bedroom 2: This upstairs master ensuite has everything tired travelers need to
re-energize at the end of every day! Featuring a king-sized bed centered
against shiplap walls painted the blue of the Florida sky, a desk under the
window provides a great place to check into the office, and a smart tv allows
guests to fall asleep to the sounds of their favorite tv shows at night. The
ensuite bath offers a touch of glamour and large windows offering views of the
neighborhood provide the perfect place to daydream.
Bedroom 3: Geometric patterns on the wall behind the queen bed and artwork
depicting exotic locales give the third bedroom, also located on the 2nd
floor, a dramatic appeal. Not an ensuite, this guest room shares the hallway
bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Dreams come true in the 4th bedroom of 1811, featuring 2 twin beds,
1 full bed and a dreamy décor that suggests you should do just that: dream!
This room also shares the hallway bath, but with 4.5 baths in this large home,
morning traffic jams should be minimal, even if you have to share a bath with
the occupants of another bedroom.
Bedroom 5: Reminding occupants of why they have traveled all this way to
beautiful Orlando, the 5th and final bedroom offers 2 twin beds and visions of
Mickey Mouse staring down on the excited youngsters who will clamor to make
this room their own!
Laundry Room: With a home this size you may expect it to have its own
designated laundry room and you would be absolutely correct! Offering a full
size washer and dryer, shelves that store beach towels for use at the pool,
and cleaning supplies for unexpected spills this room may not be glamourous
but it will be much appreciated!
The garage of this home is not available for use.

Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (It needs to be purchased for the total length of
the stay and should be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in)
The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets allowed. Violation of this term
will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of
$400.00 minimum.
We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size) bar soap
in each bathroom. As well as items of personal hygiene, dish soap/sponge,
detergent for dishwasher, laundry detergent and garbage bag.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental
rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a
professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in
the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an
additional fee.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide the welcome amenities, we do
recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal
toiletries and desired meals.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the
refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after
the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder
will be provided before check-in.
