All comforters have been freshly washed. All pillows, pillow protectors and
mattress protectors have been newly washed or replaced.
The home is cleaned with disinfectant, all high touch areas especially and a
safety pack is being left for each booking consisting of :-
Extra toilet paper, an anti bacterial spray surface cleaner, a bottle of hand
sanitizer, a roll of kitchen paper, 3 trash bags and 3 dishwasher tabs.
This four bedroom 2 bathroom single story pool home features a fully equipped
kitchen, lovely for those days when you just want to relax at home, have
breakfast outside by your own pool or even "pop" back to for lunch and a rest
during a hectic day in one of the Disney parks.
For those nights when you don't feel like getting ready to go out to eat you
can have a relaxing meal at home instead.
Both formal and informal dinning areas as well as a large open and spacious
living area.
The Master bedroom has a King sized bed with an En-Suite bathroom with a
separate bath tub and a walk in shower with easy access for those guests who
find climbing in and out of a bath tub difficult or dangerous. There is an
additional Queen bedroom and two twin rooms making this a lovely family
vacation home.
Covered Lanai offers a little shade for when you've had enough sun for the
day.
The home boasts a private fully screened in pool which backs onto a wooded
area and is fenced to the side ensuring complete privacy for relaxing or
taking a swim. The home also has Free Internet connection and WiFi for those
wishing to keep in touch with people at home, letting them know you're having
a lovely time, or to find out about all the great attractions and events going
on here in Central Florida, even to do a little work if you can't get away
from it completely.
The pool can be heated for a small fee during the cooler months, yes we do get
a few months where it's too cold to swim with out adding the heat.
The home is located on the mature subdivision of Eagle Pointe located less
than five minutes from a Wall Mart and a selection of restaurants to suit all
tastes on the192 and the wide variety of shops and restaurants it has to offer
Also close to several shopping malls and outlets so you can get all your
souvenirs and presents to take home to your family and friends.
