Our vacation was amazing and having a house/home to come back to to unwind from the parks was housed all 11 of us comfortably. The kids lived in the pool. Having laundry and a games room was a great plus as well. Overall I would recommend this rental and area. Close to other amenities like Walmart and Target

Overall, Camellis Villa was a beautiful location. Upon arriving, we found the house to be very clean overall. The modern appliances and decor was beautiful. The only complaints I had about this property were mainly for the outside piece. 1) there were no lounge beds as had previously been photographed. 2) There were only 5 chairs around the outside table, not the 6 pictured and 3/5 didn't hsve cushions on the upper part of the chair. The only other complaint, I thought this was a gated community needing a code to enter or having someone on the gate, anyone can drive to the gate and it will enter upon motion.
However, the overall house is beautiful, was perfect for the 6 adults and 2 children with plenty of bathrooms, and comfortable beds and the loft area upstairs was where my kids hung out when they weren't swimming in the pool.

Home had nice curb appeal, great location, spacious, floor plan conducive to multiple families vacationing together. Game room and pool encouraged family activities. However, home is in need of major deep cleaning: thick dust on baseboards, in laundry room, and closets. Carpet filthy, wallpaper murals peeling in MB downstairs, as well as broken towel bar. Lots of scuffs on walls. Home not supplied with adequate sized soap at sinks to get started. Full rolls of TP were not in every bathroom! Parking on streets absolutely horrible; difficult to drive down street!! Big truck parked on backyard easement overlooking pool! Need wastebaskets in every room. We would suggest more specificity with directions on spa operation. We did email property management twice and received prompt replies on minor issues.

This home is amazing it was Perfect , clean , and the amenities on the property was amazing , home is big and spacious the kitchen is huge the pool in person is also huge. I would definitely bring my family here again for vacation. No worries , no issues , it felt like your own home away from home .

The rental was very spacious, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day, and having the pool heated for no extra cost was great!! We also enjoyed the game room! The location to parks, groceries and restaurants was good. The rental definitely could have been cleaner and there were a couple broken cups. One of the queen beds was sagging in the center and very uncomfortable, no one ended up using the bed because of it. Looked like it didn’t fit on the frame. The pool lounge chairs that are shown in the photos were not there, which we were disappointed about. I would also suggest that there be a note left for guests when the pool cleaner comes and adds chemicals so they are aware. We did have a couple people break out from the chemicals. All of our questions were responded to quickly! Overall we loved our stay and the resort!! We would definitely rent again and recommend it to others.

Overall house worked out well for 12 people from 3 yrs to 69 yrs.
Bed swere comfortable . clean linens. Kitchen was outfitted with plenty of utensiles and dishes.
Bedrooms wer not laid out as shown on web site. It appeared that each shared bath had a queen and twins but that was not the case. This is what made our choice that way same families would be using the same bath. It didn't work out that way where some were two queens, however we made it work.

Accommodating to our group. Management was responsive to the few housekeeping issues noted. House was nice. Heated spa & pool was a hit with our group.

We stayed at Camellia Villa for our Disney trip in December. It was a great time and the property was perfect for our group! Upon arrival we were concerned the pool heat was not working (it was!) and Florida Spirit was very quick to respond and sent someone within minutes to test it for us. Turns out we just weren't running the timer on the hot tub that makes it heat up. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
