Beautiful Home, Great Location

The home is beautiful and is in a great location for someone who is visiting Disney. We enjoyed a day at the clubhouse which was great with the lazy river and water slides. The house itself was clean. It does only come with the bare minimum for toiletries; which is not uncommon, just be prepared to buy your own. We were originally given the wrong wifi information but customer service was great and quick to redemy it. Also, none of the provided remotes for the different fans and lighting fixtures worked. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit.

The house was immaculate and comfortable inside. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. Two things surprised us: No pool towels were provided so we had to use our bath towels then had no bath towels to use after getting out the pool, and when we reached out for assistance with the temperature of the hot tub we were told the reason for the delayed response was because the management office was closed on the weekends, which was very surprising to hear. Fortunately we didn't have any emergencies that weekend. It was otherwise a lovely stay and my family would definitely return!

The house was great , it was clean and appliances were all in good shape. The grandsons loved the themed bedrooms, xbox and games room. Our only reason for a 4 star was the pool needed some care, it was cloudy for most of our stay. (In all fairness it was really hot the week we were there)

There were 11 of us that traveled from Texas to Kissimmee, FL. for Christmas!! 6 adults & 5 kids from 6-11yrs. old. The house was very clean! The house was furnished nice & the pool, hot tub, BBQ grill all worked great! The kids loved the Jurassic Park, Mickey Mouse, Star Wars themed rooms! The 3 King size bedrooms were wonderful for the adults! Great access to Disney & shopping & restaurants! VERY PLEASED!! Would stay there again for sure!!!

Our stay was great, the house was awesome, the only issue was we had the pool heat turned on , but the pool and hot tub never got warm! Other than that our stay was amazing!!

Overall this is a decent house. Plenty of room for big families or friends.
Pros: Onsite pool and hot tub, nice decor, decent location
Cons: Uncomfortable beds, not enough towels, trash bags, soap, etc., google and apple maps both aren't caught up with the community and it takes a bit to find the house.
Multiple people have complained about the lack of basic goods in the house and the company keeps using the excuse that they "provide enough to get you started". No. You don't want a rental to get you started. They should provide enough for the full stay with extras just in case. For towels, you need enough for the pool too... but that isn't factored in their count.
The beds were so hard and flimsy. They felt incredibly cheap. Pillows were old and thin too. The house was definitely built to be a rental. There is a lot of putty and poor cuts on the trim and there were several holes in drywall.
The game room was out of service during our stay, which was a BIG bummer for the kids.
I don't regret staying here once, but I wouldn't again.
The neighborhood puts all of their trash on the curbs and its picked up at random times each day. It was unpleasant to have to see bags of garbage everywhere. I know this isn't specific to the house, but it was something we noticed staying here.
With a few upgrades and adequate sundry supplies this really could be a darn near perfect place to stay!

Amazing house in a great location. House was clean and AC temp at 74 wasn’t too bad - some of the kids rooms were a bit warm due to the lack of the ceiling fans but not too bad. The road on the back is noisy with traffic - especially if you enjoy sleeping in. Loved the large pool and grill - my boys didn’t want to go anywhere. We would recommend this house and location.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was big, comfortable, unique, super close to Disney, and felt like home. Would have give the property 5 stars except for a few things.
1- The security code wasn't changed for our arrival so we couldn't get in which was frustrating. We had to call the property emergency line as it was after hours but they quickly resolved the problem.
2- We requested the pool and hottub be heated and the first day it wouldn't warm up after an hour. Even after getting an apology and the switch turned on, the hot tub never got relaxing hot just an okay. The pool never got warm, so we couldn't use it. Very disappointing.
3- Just some minor things of a piece of artwork had been knocked off the walls and a couple pieces of the sliding door window cover were left on the floor were off putting but not a big deal.
4- Finally, my husband and I drove all around the neighborhood and nearby communities and never found the pool or small water park seen in the photos. We were upset by this as what we saw in the photos made us choose this lovely house.
Overall, the house was lovely and location was perfect. The experience could have been better for our honeymoon but in the end it was still memorable. Especially the unexpected polar bear plunge into the cold pool, wasn't prepared for that.

We were so impressed with how clean the home was. Well stocked kitchen (ie. plates, cups, glassware, utensils, etc...) Great floorplan with lots of room for everyone. The hvac filter (upstairs ceiling) was in desperate need of changing. There was no warm or hot water access from sinks in the kitchen or the bathrooms. (We let them run for almost 10 full minutes and still cold). Washing pots and pans in cold water isn't very sanitary but we weren't going to run the dishwasher after every meal either. Despite the water issue with all the sinks we would still stay there again and would recommend

Stayed for one week for Disney/Universal Trip.
3 Kids aged 8 to 18 and 5 adults. Plenty of room. Clean and fixtures were in good condition. Overall a very good stay. Only issues were one TV did not have a remote so had to rob one from another room from a TV not being and the hot tub blowers did not work. Blower issue was reported on arrival but unable to be fixed before departure. Again, it was very minor and not really anything unexpected from any other rental property. Would stay again.

Before we booked this house on VRBO we were booked at Art of Animation for 10 nights at a military rate with the cost being $4,913. When we decided to look into the cost of a house it was a significant difference. Why would we stay in a hotel cramped when we could book an entire house. I found this house to be perfect as it had the must haves we wanted. Themed rooms for the kids, a hot tub for me to relax, and a kitchen so we could save some money on dining out. The bonuses were the game room, the movie room and just how lovely the house was to stay in. After contacting Florida spirit vacations directly we were surprised to find out they give a military discount. We for sure will be back to Florida and booking with Florida spirit vacations again. They took the stress and extra expense out of our vacation. The location was perfect for families going to Disney!

This rental was by far the best Florida stay I’ve ever had. Absolutely beautiful home. Clean, spacious and loved the themed rooms. The only thing would be, possibly adding a better fan in the garage/game room. It gets hot very quickly in there. Other then that, we had no complaints.

We stayed at Emerald Villa in July and had a fantastic stay. Overall the unit was sanitary with linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen, and an instapot. There were tv’s in every room, but there were some issues in connecting them to the internet (we didn’t watch much tv anyways). The pool area was clean and the pool guy was very friendly when he came to clean the pool. The only down side was that other units seemed to throw their trash everywhere and some nights people were up and noisy until 3 am. We would defined go back and have recommended the unit to other people!

We loved this rental. Lots of room for our all girl vacation with 8 of us. We loved how the pool in the back yard had frosted panels on the sides and there was just a seldom traveled road in back. The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of plates, silverware, utensils, and cookware. All the furniture was comfortable and in great shape. If in the picture it looks like parking might be a problem there is lots of parking right across the street. Check in and out was very easy. It was only about a 10 to 15 minute drive to all the Disney parks and not to far from Universal or the airport (20 to 25 minutes).

I absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our stay. The only thing I would change is the property management companies skimpy supply list. 1 roll of TP, 1 soap, 1 papertowel and 2 trashbags are not enough for a week stay and makes this gorgeous home seem like the management is skimpy. Upgrade the supplies and it would be absolutely perfect.

The management company was very user-friendly. They responded promptly to all questions. Checking in and out was easy. The place was clean and had a lot of amenities. Overall it was a nice place to stay. We had a great time and would go back again.
